Hello members,

I am dec 2015 applicant.. My wife sponsoring me.. I ordered GCMS.. medical, eligibility and criminality has been passed. security screening has been started since end of sept.. Due date of application assignment on GCMS is 22nd dec 2016. Can anybody tell when should i expect answer from London visa office..
One thing more that Anyone faced or facing background security checks delay due to govt job in his/her own country? or job place doesnt matter that much as of number of countries traveled?

I rec'd the pre-arrival services email from Manila in October & then in November & again in December . The only difference was with the December email at the top it said "you are now eligible to register for the services"
1 week later DM & then 4 days after that Passport request email . Won't be long for you now! Best wishes .

Wow! That's what's written in the E-mail I received. "You are now eligible to register for pre-arrival services.So all the e-mails you received before this doesn't indicate it? Did you also register to that pre-arrival services? Thanks! Me and my wife are having an argument on whether I should E-mail the embassy and ask if maybe they forgot to send the passport request, my wife is losing her patience because of this and is getting mad at me cause I want to wait a couple of days before sending them a reply. ;D

LMAO! The struggle is real though, she's getting crazier because holiday is coming and she's afraid it will be longer than it should be if I didn't reply to them ASAP. : ;D

Hi Zer09. Yes that is correct - the December email only had "you are now eligble to register". We have not registered for anything yet...but there is a lot of good information available. This process is over the top stressful but it all works out in the end....check your ECAS for Decision made - once you see that you'll be LYAO!
