Hi! I am currently completing the requirements for our application. Hope you could help me with my questions:

1. Should i place the barcode pages on top of the checklist? Because the guide says place the barcode page on top of your application.

2. I have middle name ( my mothers last name) on my passport and other documents. For example: Santos (family name) , Maria (given name) Perez (middle name). The forms don't ask for middle name but emphasize to put name as seen on passport.
Thanks in advance!
1. You can. or just after the checklist.
2. Given names - first and all middle names e.g. Maria Perez
Family Name - last or family name e.g. Santos

C.

Question on 'Additional Family Information'... according to the checlist, The following persons must fill out their own copy of this form: (you) the principal applicant, any of your family members 18 yo or older.

But on the form it says. "The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) and all dependent children must complete their own copy of this form.

Should the sponsor also fill out this form?

And what's the deficit to not making CIC aware? For example, landing interview for inland applications? Would the ID provided then not be valid?
It's like sending IRCC a message telling them which Netflix show you like the best, an unnecessary thing that they still have to take the time to look at and add to the file.

I don't know why you would have concerns about an inland landing interview. The new ID would most certainly be valid. It wouldn't matter if the sponsor showed a different passport or a different ID altogether, as long as it confirmed that they are who they say they are.

Hello, I am using updated application instruction. With the old application, does the principal applicant need to submit certificate/letter of employment?

Question.

We submitted my application using my married name but the emails I'm receiveing from CIC is showing my maiden name. My husband sent an email to CIC about this and never received a response. Now, they're requesting for my passport and I'm not sure if this will be an issue. I sent CIC an email asking for the same thing but haven't received any response. Any advise?

Hi,
I think you can try correcting your profile or your last name at your ECAS regarding that issue.

In my case i have checked everything and there is no issue except my Marriage certificate, My Marriage certificate released from Pakistan and Marriage date is November 2015, My reception date is April 2016 and from April i am living with my Husband and inlaws in Dubai. I have all photographs and proofs and data but still i am confused to apply or not.

Marriages by telephone are not accepted as valid marriages for immigration unless the immigration application was received before June 10, 2015. Reception date, pictures, documentation are irrelevant if the marriage is not accepted as valid.

Guys, do i need to write my application number or UCI number at the back of the envelope when mailing requested documents? I am guessing for easy identification
