If you look at the title of IMM3059, it clearly states "Sponsorship of parents, grandparents, adopted children and other relatives". It is not applicable to spousal sponsorship.

Yes, those are the correct fees.

I did paid wrong for the owp!! Just realized and don't know what to do now!!! I paid only $100 lol don't even know why. Just wanted to send it off asap. Now I sww we should have paid $155 + $100! so should I pay that asap and fax it to them somehow? omg I'm so confused! But thanks for your help!!! :-* :-*

Do I have to include IMM3059 (dedicated to Warsaw) if I am including IMM3902 (dedicated to Eastern Europe)?

My Canadian wife lives with me outside of Canada, we have no kids.
I want to pay fees so I go to Online payment and do I choose "Family class"? If so, in the "Family class" section there is:
- "Sponsorship application (per application)" 75 CAD
- "Principal applicant" 475 CAD
- "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" 490 CAD.
Is that correct? I am confused cause in the guide IMM3900 it says:
- "Sponsor", not "Sponsorship application (per application).

Yes, I printed it one day by an accident so I asked about it, not realizing that it's for grandparents ect.
Just paid my fees and the Official Receipt doesn't include my date of birth, address and cell number. I understand that I have to fill it in myself before sending it to CIC?
PS. Do I send one or 2 copies of Receipt to CIC?

I filled it in myself and then included 1 copy of the receipt.

You have to have a certified copy (for example translate the original at the sworn translator) plus attach the photocopy of the original.

Thank you very much. And I can get the translation certified at the embassy, right?

One more thing I forgot to mention. It doesn't say anywhere about certified true copy for documents that are already in English, such as my passport or birth certificate. Do we need to have the photocopies certified in those cases?

They currently have the channler ones which we realized after that they changed back to not accepting them. In our aor email it gave an address but no number to the address so I'm confused on where to send them.

It is highly recommended to wait until you have SA. This way you will have your application # and UCI #. These two numbers will make it easier to attach hte new FBI check to your application. If you send your FBI check to Mississauga right now (where your application should be until you get SA) it will be difficult for them to locate and attached paperwork to it. This could cause them to lose your FBI check and you would have to get another one.

I think you should pay it as soon as possible but not sure about procedure but if anyone have same situation before then he should be able to answer you.I don't want to make any guess to give you suggestion.

The AOR would show the Sponsor's UCI number, which is certainly better than nothing.

Ponga is correct. The AOR UCI # is the sponsor UCI. The principal applicant is issued a separate UCI #. But it is still better than nothing. I know a lot of people who wait until they are asked for the documents.
