Hey guys!
I'm sending my app tomorrow.
Just came to say thanks to everyone who helped me claryfing things.
Good luck for us! :D

Ps.: I'm really scared lol

I brought a friend with me to the UPS office as it was terrifying letting the application go! Thinking, what if I forgot something! And also thinking, what if it gets lost in the mail!

No issues. Go ahead and sponsor your spouse.

Hi I am on Grad work permit and now applying for PR under Inside Canada spouse sponsorship as my wife is PR in Canada, my Grad work permit is expiring in 4 months so I am going to apply Pilot program for spouse open work permit, I am confused which option to choose on work permit application, options on form IMM5710E
1.A work permit with the same employer
2.An initial work permit or a work permit with new employer
3. Restoration of your status as a worker
4. Temporary resident permit.
Please help, Thanks

here is my timeline on ECAS....

Application Received Feb 10 , 2013
Medical Received Dec 20, 2014
interview scheduled Jan 27, 2015
we start processing your application on Jan 27 2015

now the status appeared on ecas: IN PROCESS

at the end of my interview the interviewer congratulated me told me,your application is approved and said police verification may be requested in few days and within 20 days passport will be requested...

can you tell me how much time can be expected...
and what will be the next step?

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but this thread is huge, and I can't see the answer anywhere.

My common law spouse is Canadian, I'm Irish. We have lived together for 8 years and have 2 children together, both of whom have Canadian citizenship also.

To support our common law status, do we have to provide 8 years worth of emails, photos etc? Would something like an email/photo from each year be sufficient?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Senior members,

I was just reviewing my application which I submitted last year. (File with LVO under stage 2 for 6 months).
I found a discrepancy...

We put the Sponsor and Applicant Email address SAME, mistakenly (1 for both). How can it pose a problem?
I mean is there gonna be any issue or its safe for now?
Waiting for your replies ..thanking u in advance
