now what i want to know is there any way if she came here in uk and i can get visa anyhow for canada so we both can go together and after that we can apply for the immigration in land.
what if i apply for visit visa and if i mentioned that i am going to visit my wife. is there any chance i will get visa

thanks in advance

I think that you will find it very difficult to get a visitor visa, given your lack of ties to your home country.
Maybe an alternative visa, such as further education?

Hey computergeek,

Can you give me suggestion regarding i transferred the money into family class not the in Canada Class?

Btw,thanks for the suggestion ivanP

Thanks

Thanks for the information. Is it advisable to call your spouse by that time thorough Visa or does it get rejected because your case is already filled for sponsorship ?

Hey Guys....

Kinda new here....but can anyone let me know how long does it take once you apply for the sponsorship of your spouse if they are in Pakistan. I am about to file my case so was curious...I have heard from 18 months to years. Is this correct ?

You may get more information here:

I didn't understand what you meant in your other post asking whether you can call your wife??

Yes I meant if I can call my wife through visit visa...along with my case being filled for her sponsorship too.. Would they allow it or just reject it ?

Hey folks, I've got my papers laid out in front of me, waiting to go in the postage-paid registered mail box (take no chances!) but I've got one last question I gotta ask before I pop this in the mail:

While you can pay your 'Right of Permanent Residence Fee' up front (and indeed, should, to save up to two months of processing time) I can't at the moment. My question is, where do you send the payment for a Right of Permanent Residence Fee after your application is sent?

You can get a loan you know? Specifically for RPRF...

I'm not sure it matters (the receipt has a unique serial number so it can only be used once, regardless of application type), but you should contact the Call Centre. I've not run into that situation before.

I did not pay mine upfront and paid online later. Once you pay online make a copy of your receipt and fax it to:

or mail it to:

Hi everyone, I am new here. I am getting anxious because I've been checking everytime my email for further info. regarding my PR application as well as my mail box for returned passports from Ottawa as all the documents I mailed thru expresspost were successfully delivered last march 27,2013 as tracked online. As my co-workers here in neepawa, manitoba canada who already are done with this process told me that it takes about 2-3 months for visa stamped passports but up to now I didn't get any reply yet. :( Been checking Canada post tracking as I have also enclosed a paid return envelope but there's no info yet. I have just sent an email at ottPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca and hoping for a response. I've also checked my application status online & these were the info's I got:
>Rcvd. application: 6/4/2012
>Started processing of application: 11/26/2012
>Medical results received
>The decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
>Date modified: March 27,2013:
It is already more than 3 months and I am really worried because i've been expecting for my family to fly here anytime since last month & been cancelling and moving dates for a leave at work and school started back in the Philippines & my son wasn't enrolled as I told my wife to wait for their passports. :( Hoping for good news this coming week. Anyone else done with this process? Additional infos. are very much appreciated. Thanks all, Good Luck and God bless! :)

Click on PROFILE on the top right.

Then click on FORUM PROFILE INFORMATION on the Left Side of the page .. fill out and then Submit :)

You may need 10 posts, I think... so post away!

CIC has slowed down lately and is still working on Oct.8 2012 applications according to the website. There are ppl here who have not received AIP and its been 9 months since they applied!
P.S. You need 10 posts to do update case details if i remember correctly..don't take my word on this!

i cant find it, so i need to write 10 posts to do that... mmmmm ok

I agree with this also. My relationship also started as a LDR. When we met it was as if we had always lived together though. We were so comfortable with each other that it felt kind of unreal. To this day I still can't believe how natural it was for us to be together. Sure, we've had some hard times, but that's when you know if it's going to work or not. Stick together through the hardships and "don't sweat the little things". Good luck!

hello! we sent the applications at the same time, did you know if the strick will delay our process?
