Hi All,
It has been a while that I have since I have posted on this forum.
I submitted an inland application for sponsor my wife in January 31, 2011. In April, 2012 the application was transferred to CIC Etobicoke for clarifications .
On September 7, 2012, I was invited for interview. On January 17, 2013 decision was made and my wife and I was AIP. Both of us got a latter in the mail for AIP. My wife has 2 dependents; both of them were living with us in Canada here. We tried to get OHIP card based on the AIP letter that we received from CIC but we could not get them registered but my wife did. I contacted CIC and I was told that they have to process the kids’ application separately. This is my concern. I filled for them and paid their processing fees together at the time of application submission. Do they have to process their application separately? Will this cause more delay. One of the kid completed his high school diploma last year and he could not go to the university ‘cos’ the application was under processing. His University admission was deferred. I hope this will not delay his admission this year again. I have notified CIC of the last year it seems that youth education is not their concern. If they do not act on time, Canada will be losing talented kids that should have helped this nation. I am ready to withdraw their application and move them to US for further educations. Please advise me on this .
Thanks,
Policap
