I agree, lawyer can't do anything for you. It will be waste of your money and time. I was thinking about this option as well before applying, but after finding this forum I realized lawyer can assist me only if they deny me for no reason or with some other issue, but for file that is in process...

Did they send you a paper with instructions ? In that paper should say how can you pick up your visa.

Hi All, In COPR (Confirmation of Permanent residence) they put wrong date of Birth for my Wife? In the letter they sent they said to email them any mistakes, but it doesn't say who to contact VO Vienna or CIC. I sent email to VO Vienna with no response yet.

O ok that confused me as we sent passport through CVAC in Sarajevo and that is the way they are returning to us. Agent there said they are returning some pics as well so that additionally confused me Thank you Europa

Question for all of you that went through all process. Does VO returns all pictures and originals that we submitted with application at the end when they made Decision?
