No.

Thank you all of you!!

And the last thing.

Maybe in my case it is better to forget about my sponsorship and begin process with his son sponsorship. His's son income is about 25 per year on this moment.

Can be filed two sponsor ships in regard of one person?

Or it is better to start after Nov 13 with his son's approval to be a sponsor ?

Thank you again

Right. Inland is normally done entirely in Vegreville - both stages. But it CAN be transferred to a different office (for interviews, for example). It's always transferred after approval for landing.

Ottawa handles outland spousal (amongst others). It also handles successful review cases (IAD and Federal Court) now, as well as helps out some overloaded visa offices as well as TRVs for people in Canada.

Pls tell me do I have to write Name, DOB & Date photo taken at the back of photographs which I am sending with immigration forms. If yes whether on all (six) of them or only on five as mentioned in FSW immigration guide or should they be left blank....

if ur file is transfered to the local office before AIP...dos the letter stating that u might be called in for an interview come only to the applicants attention or do both the applicant and sponsor receive it?

No :( it is really depend upon the VO...

Ugh... my fingerprints were deemed low quality by the FBI and not able to be read. Based on what the senior members have seen here, would it be advisable to get another ink roll (I got a 'rejection guarantee' so it should be free) or pay for a scan?

Really upsetting... was my last piece of paperwork and medicals are done. I hope this doesn't throw a wrench in my application. :(

Thanks.

Try ink rolled again. They'll probably have a different technician do it - the one who handles the hard cases like yours. ;-)

Hahahaha!!!! That gave me a good laugh thanks!

By chance, do you know if I should send in the form again? I paid by money order, so they processed it and gave me a paper with my case number. No instructions on what to do other than send in fingerprints. I'm pretty sure they will need some type of ID to match the prints with my payment!

No, there can only be one application filed per person. If you try to file a spousal application for him while at the same time your son tries to file another application for him, it's pretty much 100% guaranteed that both will be rejected because it would appear as if there's a desperate attempt to get him into Canada at any cost, and CIC will view this as a high-risk case with potential for fraud.

Also, your son won't be able to file a parental sponsorship application because all parent and grandparent sponsorships were stopped in November 2011 for a two-year period. In the meantime, they created a new "super visa" which allows parents and grandparents to visit for two years. However, this is a visitor visa, which means he won't be allowed to work.

Thanks a lot, Tuyen

We have already tried to get a travel document using H&C grounds. That was rejected.

In this case does he has any chance to receive a super-visa for parents?
