I am a Canadian citizen and applying for spouse PR. I live in Usa. how can i answer below questions in PR application. IMM5533

1. Are you (the sponsor) a Canadian Citizen living outside canada? My answer was 'Yes' . How can i prove that i live with my family after they become permanent residents of Canada?

You need to provide proof that you are seeking/planning for your move to Canada and you are arranging to leave your current country of residence in the near future.
(e.g. looking for house rental/purchase, finding out school for children, job transfer or plan to quit your current job, planning to merge business to run in Canada...etc)

For relationship photo proof, I added the photo with the Title, photo, and a bit of description to the Word file and then converted it to PDF format. That's like a continuous 20-page PDF. I would like to know if that is correct or if I need to submit the 20 pages separately. Your advice is crucial to me. If anyone has a better idea, please share that one. Thanks.

Hello. thank you for the helpful information on this forum. When I look at the tracker, it seems like the timeline for inland AOR is fairly consistent but there is big range even for AIP even within same monthly cohorts (~40-140). Do you know what are the factors that typically cause it to take longer?
I had to include an explanation letter about previous marriage but presumably it is something that they are either OK with or not, so wasn't sure if these are the type of things that cause the long delay.

As far as I know. 1) make a PDF with only photographs
2) Make a separate PDF where you need to include the description of each photographs you have added in the 1st PDF.

They write in guide 5289, separate PDF for description. So make a separate PDF, it will be helpful to officer I guess.
