Not sure how your one looks and what you applied for. But it should state "There are no required documents for this Online Application." at the bottom somewhere. Also under details it should say "not provided".Thanks for the reply. If I don't need to worry about it, why is there a deadline date? Is that the case for everyone?
Hey, thanks for this. Not sure how your one looks and what you applied for. But it should state "There are no required documents for this Online Application." at the bottom somewhere. Also under details it should say "not provided".
You need to use your discretion. I saw your post on a separate forum where you were talking about submitting some documents. If you are supposed to submit something then it makes sense that you have a deadline. No two application is similar. So again use your brain and think if you were supposed to submit something or you already submitted something which might be showing up there.
Even i tweeted many timesHey everyone. I read a few threads and noticed that VOs don't like getting called out on social media. So instead of sending countless unanswered webforms, why not tweet the VO on their processing delays? Apparently, it has worked for some offices. Thought we can all tweet our respective VOs and share the links so we can all help each other retweet offices in support. The more retweets, the more impact it'll have...
I tweeted my VO through the link below. Pls help me by retweeting it and share your tweet to your VO and I'll do the same.
My God... there is 0 accountability in that department... No one cares about anything.Ev

Download the application package and read through the 'checklist' document. You can actually start filling that out, it will lay out what documents are needed. Apart from the obvious - birth and marriage certificates, passport copies, notarized copies plus translations certified - there is a police clearance certificate needed and the rest is mostly background (supporting) evidence of relationship.hey everyone, i am new to this forum. can someone please guide as to what documents I should get readied before hand, so that I can save time while applying for spousal pr application ?
