Thanks for the reply. If I don't need to worry about it, why is there a deadline date? Is that the case for everyone?
Not sure how your one looks and what you applied for. But it should state "There are no required documents for this Online Application." at the bottom somewhere. Also under details it should say "not provided".
You need to use your discretion. I saw your post on a separate forum where you were talking about submitting some documents. If you are supposed to submit something then it makes sense that you have a deadline. No two application is similar. So again use your brain and think if you were supposed to submit something or you already submitted something which might be showing up there.

Hey, thanks for this.
I did already submit my Quebec sponsor approval. And Sydney, who I just found out, is my secondary VO, acknowledged receipt of the document and said it'll be added to my file within 2 business days. I was able to reach IRCC today. The agent says not to worry about it, but also mentioned that he's unaware of external VO processes. He didn't even know I received an email from Sydney... He ultimately suggested that I send another form to Dakar...

As for the info on file, under details, it does say "not provided"

Hello, i am not sure if anyone could help me understand this.
I have Spousal Sponsorship application in process and my eligibility started almost month ago in PR tracker. I am Canadian Citizen living out of Canada and i have sponsored my wife. I have been getting Ghost Updates, but today i noticed in my GC Key account in the section where it says "Continue An Application You Have Not Submitted", i see there is a proof of Citizenship/Search of citizenship records application pending with option to delete or continue the application. I have not created this.

Is this created by an Immigration Officer? My wife's file is in process at NDVO.

I have not received any email notification that they require my proof of citizenship. I only submitted copy of my Canaduan Passport with the application.

Is it a wise idea to submit Citizen Certificate that i had received during my oath back in 2012?

Can i upload it through submit document section in GC Key?

Please help. I don't want my application to be delayed further.

Hey everyone. I read a few threads and noticed that VOs don't like getting called out on social media. So instead of sending countless unanswered webforms, why not tweet the VO on their processing delays? Apparently, it has worked for some offices. Thought we can all tweet our respective VOs and share the links so we can all help each other retweet offices in support. The more retweets, the more impact it'll have...

I tweeted my VO through the link below. Pls help me by retweeting it and share your tweet to your VO and I'll do the same.

I need advice urgently.
I got decision made on ECAS last Friday. I called IRCC today to find out about next step but they told me they already send inland confirmation email this Monday to my representative, but my representative hasn’t received any email. What should I do?
As far as I know for virtual landing, they send email to PA. Please advice. TIA.

Download the application package and read through the 'checklist' document. You can actually start filling that out, it will lay out what documents are needed. Apart from the obvious - birth and marriage certificates, passport copies, notarized copies plus translations certified - there is a police clearance certificate needed and the rest is mostly background (supporting) evidence of relationship.

Seriously - if you go through the checklist and read/understand and note things you are missing/ will need, that is the best way. Forums here for things that are not clear.

You can also start filling all the other forms bit by bit, same approach, note the stuff you don't know or have at hand to work on.

Hello Everyone,
My wife sponsored me any our 3 yr old son under Family Class sponsorship (Outside Canada) Paper Application on 16 May 2022. The biometrics are exempt for both of us. We received an email on 20 July 2022 confirming that the application was received in 19 May 2022. We then created an account on the new tracker. It says it was last updated on 28 Sep 2022 but the last update we received was via email was on 31 Aug that the eligibility has been approved as a sponsor and that the case has been forwarded to London office which I believe is London, UK as my residence address is of London, whereas nationality is Pakistan and my son’s nationality is USA but is currently residing with my parents in Pakistan.

Looking forward to hear updates from everyone else on their cases too. Please let me know how my details can be uploaded on the spreadsheet under May 2022 Outland. Thanks

Regards

Hi All can someone please help me understand
Outland Spousal sponsorship with a
2 year old

the fee structure says
A) include dependent child $150
B )include any dependent child $155

What option will be applicable to me since the total along with the processing fees of spouse as well rprf and biometrics comes to $1315 if option A is selected while it comes to 1320$ if B is selected. Thanks
