Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,

On August 2023 - we applied for PR - Spouse sponsorship inside Canada (marriage was taken in Canada).
On October 2023 - I got emails with request for biometric and Medical exam. I passed it next day.
On November 2023 - I got email from Case Processing Centre Missiassauga that it has been determined that I meet the eligibility to apply for PR as a member of the spouse partner in Canada Class (it wasn't the AOR letter).
Till now I didn't get any other emails or information.

My questions are:
1. About 6 months have passed and I still didn't get the AOR letter. Therefore I cannot register in a tracker to check my application status (all the time it has an error when I try to register). How can I check If everything is okay with my application and it wasn't been lost?
2. Processing time for Spouse sponsorship inside Canada for now is 9 months. Therefore it left 3 months to finish my application and I still didn't get the AOR letter.
Should I worry about this delay? Should I remind the IRCC about myself?

Thank you very much for the answers.

Best regards,
Kate
Although you never received the AOR email, it's obvious that your application was in fact received by IRCC and the process is moving along, right?

Try sending a Web Form to IRCC or call the dreaded number for IRCC and hope to reach a human.

Have you checked sponsor's email? AOR is usually sent to the sponsor while other messages go to Primary applicant. If you have no practical need for AOR, there is no point in getting it.

and btw, the ircc number gets bashed way more than it deserves :) I never had any problem reaching them. Sometimes their line is too busy so they don't even offer the callback feature but an hour or two later it's always available.

Hi, all
My wife applied for PR on Nov.06, 2023 and received "Inland APR Eligibility Decision Letter" on Dec.18th without the Biometric/medical request.
And we are still waiting for the next letter, but no updates. Is it normal?

Is this a spousal sponsorship app? Did the sponsor get sponsor approval letter?

Finally got our AOR and managed to link GCKey with my UCI (As Sponsor and Representative). I tell you the sites are all trash. There are different logins required for each thing, its almost like this whole thing was cobbled together by different companies working on each individual piece (Portal, Tracker, GCKey, etc, etc).

I logged in to the Documents summited by the client and it says I don't need to give any docs, but it says "Not Provided" for "Client Information". Is that normal?

Also saw that our information (address, phone number) shows as "Not Specified" on the PR Tracker app; they have a notice saying they're aware of the issue.

Edit: I manually redacted name in the screenshot below

We made a PR Tracker account for myself (Sponsor) and another one for my wife (Principle Applicant). I am her representative and see that they proceeded it, but unable to create an account as a representative with the party code.. no idea why.

Looking at her account, she has a lot more information about activities (i.e: we recieved this, that, etc). Can I just keep using her account or do I need to figure out a way to create a representative one?

I agree. It is super confusing having to create multiple accounts on different websites.

I got the AOR today and managed to link the UCI to the GCKey account. However, I had to use my wife's UCI (the principal applicant). I don't think there is an issue with that (I'm also her representative).

Regarding the phone and address, in my case, the phone number is my wife's old phone number from her home country. I believe they haven't updated any of that information yet and the old phone number comes from her Visitor Visa application processed a year ago (I can see a record for this in the history). Note that I haven't provided this old phone number in the sponsorship application, so it must be from the visitor visa application. The address seems to be correct but doesn't have the apartment number, which is odd. I'm not sure if I need to send a web form or wait. I'll probably wait as it might be too early and perhaps I should give them time to actually start the application and update the details.

The UCI in the AOR is my UCI (the sponsor) instead of my wife's UCI (the Principal Applicant). Is that normal? Also, it's not a letter per se, only an email. I suppose it counts as a "letter".

The email looks like below.

UCI: 99999999 (sponsor's UCI)
Application No.: F99999999

Hi. I am the sponsor originally from Yemen so is my spouse. Our application is outland in the London VO in the UK. We have been married in Yemen since July 2018 we have a 4 year old son and my wife is pregnant in her 8th month now. After we applied we visited each other two times in Amman, Jordan. She and my son flew in from Sana'a Yemen and me from Canada we stayed together for about 5 months in the two trips. First trip was a visit second trip was a visit and to complete my wife's Biometrics in Jordan because Yemen doesn't have a collection site. My timeline is:
Feb 10, 2023 Application sent online.
March 29, 2023 AOR Received to Sponsors email.
July 20, 2023 Biometrics Collection Letter.
August 8, 2023 Biometrics completed..
August 21, 2023 Medical requested.
Sep 18 Medical completed.
Dec 5, 2023 We got a procedural fairness letter saying our marriage was a proxy marriage because we had a traditional Yemeni Marriage were each ceremony was celebrated separately told us they are willing to consider our application as Common-Law. we replied with we don't have a problem proving our marriage or a common-law and gave them proof.
Replied to Procedural Fairness Letter on Dec 18, 2023. Since then complete silence tried even getting the MP involved because it has been past a year and my country is currently being bombed with missiles dropping near our house and to my surprise they said they can't do anything. My son already got his Canadian Citizenship sent in a passport application for him to get his passport and he is in Yemen with my wife. Did everything in my power and my wife is pregnant in her 8th month she is really suffering but I didn't get any help from anyone. What can I do???!!
