I am also curious to know PRE ARRIVAL this what we receive that calls PRE ARRIVAL?????????????

Pre arrival is a letter of courtesy and helpfulness where they outline how to get in contact with certain services like employment or living services if immigrants would need them to get started here in Canada. That’s all it is. More important is it means the IRCC accept your marriage as genuine and is a step closer to ppr.

this is one they recive the file it will convert bk to "in process" once they strt process.
and on ecas a line will be added "we have started processing ur file on ××/××/×××× this will be considrd as aor2 nd strtup on ur file processing . hope this hlps

Thank you very much, you answered all my questions in one. Should I wait to get an application number before applying for visit visa? Although its not a requirement for visit visa, I thought including it would help.

If your wife has UCI then you can apply without waiting for the case number.

you can use screenshots of calls. I do not know aout Viber but you can take screenshots in whatsapp.

When you passed Eligibility by VO, they send you Pre Arrival. This means you passed everything and don't need an interview. Next step is wait for PPR.

What Last news I had received, it was a request to provide some additional info
( it was in January 2020, after Transferred file from Sidney office to LVO in Nov 2019, and same time this message was also added
""WE HAVE STARTED PROCESSING OF YOUR APPLICATION"""
Reply has been sent with all other required info within due course ( it was sent in Feb 2020 )

Since then there is nothing, when we sent an email to provide an update, it says "" Under reivew"
