they mentioned in the letter, last one-year (photographs, communication proof, call log etc)
to be precise not proof of relationship, it was proof of communication
pre arrival letter means you passed genuine relationship test (eligibility) and next step is wait for security check if still not done and final double check before issue PPR. can take 1-6 months depending on VO country.
that was exactly my understanding. However, I didn't receive pre-arrival yet but as per an update from my MP, BGC check is in process.
