Just started following this topic. Applied for my wife in August 2016. GCMS shows last update was on 20/12/2016 when a Group Name: London_CaseAnalysts was added to my GCMS. Nothing else since transfer of file to London.

Last notes were generated Feb 23rd, received them 13th March. Reapplied on 20th March.

I'm sure I haven't seen any pilot project reference in the notes. Where do they mention this?

In the last section called 'NOTES,' under Note 8 it says 'Case held as per London B/O pilot programme.' It's literally the last page of the document.

Its mentioned on the last/ second last page. mostly sepetember onwards applicants seem to have this in their notes.

Do let us know of any update from your side/ new notes.

No idea. Some new project that the LVO has started. September 2016 onwards applicants have the sentence "File held for London/Back office Pilot Project" in their GCMS notes.

I believe so. Would be great if they could officially let us know what the pilot project is so we can put aside all speculation.
