no. you can ask ur lawyer to check or you can remove your rep and check mycic yourself.

Anybody else got GCMS notes...and does it mean that my wife will be going for interview on May 4, 2017? anybody have any idea.

Hope everybody is doing good, I am new here. I applied for Canadian Spousal Immigration in March, 2016. The sponsor was approved in April,2016. The third line " Medical results have been received" was appeared in Nov,2016 though I submitted my medical in April,2016. After that there is no update. Do you guys have any idea how much more time it will take and either interview is waived or not yet. Thank you.

Hi Kanwar,

These days London Visa Office is working on May-June 2016. As you have not received any communication from the Visa Office, it is advisable for the sponsor to order GCMS notes to find out the Visa Officer's notes/comments on your case file to know more info of your case.

In my opinion i think this is the due date by which VO would review your case. You can send an email to LVO and ask them for a date of interview. Usually they inform the date to applicant 1 month before it is scheduled.

How about ordering notes at this point and seeing what work has been done on ur file and what the VOs are thinking about it.. Once the file elapses 7-8 months of processing without any response from LVO it is best to order notes and see whats going on. That is my personal opinion

I am June 21 applicant i spoke to my lawyer regarding my notes, He said its to early wait for 2 to 3 month more..


Any advice please

After sponsor approval i did not heard anything from LVO. and Back Ground status is showing not yet started. Waiting time really will kill us we even dont know whats going on with our files......

Well not a year yet i mean almost just 4 more month and then it will be one year. However, I did order notes. And it's been 2 weeks almost.

Same here bro, but i have no lawyer and i did order the notes
