Hello everybody,

My friend is sponsoring her husband from Pakistan. Approximate 10 days ago her husband was requested to do remedical. Today they got interview convocation letter and RPRF. But in the letter LVO again stated to do remedical. Her husband done remedical and the cic status also shows "passed". Now she's confused what to do. Any advise is hugely appreciated.

Maybe this time they have new plans which they want to test run.. probably they didnot have those before otherwise im sure that wud have been written in somebody's notes..

ignore second request. re medical done as per first request is valid for the next 12 months. if the principal applicant has proof of remedical done, he can take it with him for the interview.

Which month-year applicant is this?

If she recieved remed request 10 days ago and now she has recieved it again, she needs to speak to CIC about this. How about giving their agent a call and inquiring about the most recent request? Also she can reply back in the email to the VO which asks for remedical again (after 10 days of having it done) and inform them that the remedical was done 10 days ago and the status on MYCIC shows passed. She can further add on whether she has to do another remedical inspite of the recent one being passed.

Hi Kanwar,

These days London Visa Office is working on May-June 2016. As you have not received any communication from the Visa Office, it is advisable for the sponsor to order GCMS notes to find out the Visa Officer's notes/comments on your case file to know more info of your case.

How about ordering notes at this point and seeing what work has been done on ur file and what the VOs are thinking about it.. Once the file elapses 7-8 months of processing without any response from LVO it is best to order notes and see whats going on. That is my personal opinion

Hi,

Go to the following link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

1) Download the consent form (IMM5744)

2) The consent form has to filled, printed, signed by the PA and emailed back to the sponsor (Section A to include PA info, Section B has to be blank, Section C with Sponsor's info). The sponsor who is in Canada will be ordering the Visa Officers notes in PA's file, on behalf of the PA and would upload the consent form

3) The sponsor would go to the above link and "Apply online". Sponsor and applicants info would be entered. CAD 5 fee will be paid and the notes would be sent to the sponsors email in 30 days (i got mine in 20 days)

Hi Faheem,

These days LVO is working on May/June applicants. We are expecting August files to be opened in March/April.

We don't seem to have your application on the spreadsheet (see link in my signature). Would you like to be added?

i doubt.. it must b 1-2 pm in UK now... half day gone.. i dont have much hope for the remaining half to be honest.. but u never know LVO surprises sometimes
