One more question my brother also applied for his spouse around the same time and and they asked for the passport size photos again because they didnt fit the criteria. Now its been three months we havent heard from them. But when we check online status of his application, it shows decision made on sponsor side. He says he didnt recieve the email which says eligible for sponsorship. What do you guys think he somehow lost the email or lvo didnt send it? He still has to apply for the CSQ but he isbwaiting for the email. Very tough situation.

Sponsorship email does not come from LVO, it comes from CIC Case Processing Centre Mississauga.
