If visa officer disapprove your sponsorship it can't be mistake.
You must not provided proper information or some mistake from your side
visa officer believe on what they see on application. When you call the call center
you provide them explanation they approve. That how happend when we do not
prepare sponsorship application properly according to checklist. Just hurry
and just want to our love one in canada . But real life is not like that they require
some rule and regulation to follow. Visa officer base on what we provide.

Buddy grow up...

First of all, i have zero care what you saying and what you believe.

And 2nd thing never assume some one education or abilities.

If you have better than someone good for you but nobuddy cares.

3rd thing when i talked to cic on phone i told them things according to their law and it was 1hour 30 min conversation and they went to their senior and at the end admit its their fault.

And how i know their law and how much i know and why i know about law in canada i believe i don't have to tell you or prove my self to you.

I talk where i need to talk..

Hope Mr immigration officer (in dreams) i gave your answers.

No worries man and good luck for future ..

I just wanna tell that guy to boost his general knowledge. When i talked to them i wasn't just saying oh it's a mistake i know it's a mistake.

I talked to them according their rules and regulations and what section and subsection state what.

And my point wasn't to prove my self to them just realize them in a polite way that it might not for me and we laughed in that conversation and i thanks them and appreciate their work and tell them to say thanks to immigration officer from my side whoever made mistake. End of the day we are human and it's natural.

Hi Friends,

i just got the Passport request, stated as

STEP 1: Change in Circumstances:
Should any of the following circumstances apply to you or any accompanying family member,
you must inform the London office immediately at the email address above:
 Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, legal separation,
annulment or death of spouse;
 Change in family composition, for example due to adoption or birth of a child, including a
child born to your accompanying dependent child,
 Death of principal applicant, spouse, accompanying children, or death of sponsoring
relative;
 Change in health;
 You or any of your accompanying family members being charged or convicted of a
criminal offence
 Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
Your failure to inform CIC of any of these changes may result in the cancellation of your
permanent resident visa and may render you and your accompanying family members
inadmissible to Canada.
Your failure to declare all of your family members, accompanying or not, will permanently
exclude them from sponsorship under the Family Class regulations.
STEP 2: Passport Requirements – Determine if you need to submit your passport(s)
Determine whether you require a visa to enter Canada at:
www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/visit/visas.asp
 Please note that if you or your accompanying family members are permanent residents of
the U.S.A and a holder of a passport which requires a visa to enter Canada, you are still

required to submit your passport(s).
If you require a visa to enter Canada, then submit your passport(s):
 Please provide your valid passport or travel document and a valid passport or travel

must have his or her own passport or travel document.
 There must be at least two blank pages in your passport(s).
 Please note that permanent resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or
Military passports or travel documents.
 All passports must be intact and not worn, torn or otherwise damaged; the laminate on
the bio-data page must be securely attached. Each page must be securely affixed to the
passport; there cannot be any loose pages.
 Your Permanent Resident document(s) will expire one year after the date of your
medical examinations or earlier if your passport or the passports of your spouse or
dependant children (if applicable) expire on an earlier date.
If you do not require a visa to enter Canada:
 Please submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments
of the valid passport for you and one for each accompanying family member.
 Your Permanent Resident document(s) will expire one year after the date of your
medical examinations or earlier if your passport or the passports of your spouse or
dependant children (if applicable) expire on an earlier date.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Well ur comments makes me wonder whether u r some divine being who has info about other's cases? or are u someone working in CIC who knows better about the cases than the applicants themselves?

Seriously, if u cannot feel for anyone else and not try to atleast understand their stance please abstain from commenting here.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Guys after receiving AOR, my wife received an email from CPC Mississauga, asking her to link her application. It also stated the following:

"For your application, we have identified that there are documents which are missing and we will request. Please take the time to link your application so that we can quickly and efficiently ask for the documents, and
you can quickly and efficiently submit them digitally"

When I go into the account I do not see any document request. Is this just something that is written in all emails or do they really need a document at this stage?

Could anyone please clarify the probable situation. We are not understanding it.

Thanks in advance.

Is there anyone who experienced the same or are on the same boat?

Thank you
