the applicant recieved a procedural fairness letter from LVO clearly stating their nikkah nama couldn't be found.

You got sponsorship approval 3 days after your application was received CPC-M. Its hard to believe. please re-check the dates when your application was received & when CPC-M sent you approval for sponsorship.

Show "In Process" on ECAS date:

Certainly, dates are correct - My application was received on Nov 7 and Nov 17 I got approval and file transfer letter from Miss-Office. I don't know the exact date for ECASE but it was surely before 25th. It is showing 2 lines on sponsor's side and three lines on PA side including medical results have been received.
Though I already received the approval letter from Miss-Office but Ecase is still showing in process.

In you previous post you wrote date of app received as Nov 14, i will change it Nov 7 now.

In ECAS, if you login with Sponsor's details you will see two sides, Sponsorship side and Applicant Side. Sponsorship side should show DM and Applicant side should should show In Process.
If you login with Applicant's details you will see In Process.

Nov 14 is for letter link application to myCIC. I checked with both if I put my details it is saying SA in the process and shows old dates (i.e. we received your application on Nov7 start processing on 10 and that is it.
And PA sides its showing in the process my CIC saying review in process med pass rest not started.

So I believe ECASE doesn't contain up to date information.

hey I applied for my wifes application on 13th jan. This is when the application was received. Has anyone who applied on that day or around that day received medical request or any update on application ?

Go to the following address:

Continue to GCKey. After you create your account, link your PR application to the account. (If you do not have a representative (lawyer), you will be able to link your application to your account)


1. Log in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application (Assuming 1 PA, 1 Sponsor, 0 dependents)

In case of any query, feel free to ask.

Thanks it seems i can change my licence without having written and practical tests ;D

yeah pretty much,

i live in Scarborough, Ontario and here licence are different then Manitoba..

but it's good you can exchange it.

Yea for that i think he was right. Once u log in u have an option to link accounts

First of all, i have zero care what you saying and what you believe.

And 2nd thing never assume some one education or abilities.

If you have better than someone good for you but nobuddy cares.

3rd thing when i talked to cic on phone i told them things according to their law and it was 1hour 30 min conversation and they went to their senior and at the end admit its their fault.

And how i know their law and how much i know and why i know about law in canada i believe i don't have to tell you or prove my self to you.

I talk where i need to talk..

Hope Mr immigration officer (in dreams) i gave your answers.


Before tell me to
Grow up It is better get some education to fill some very simple form form

Nikah nama can not be found letter from CIC mean. that they do not include nikah nama in their application. They know there is no prove it is easy to blame CIC.
When send the packet no one know what inside what missing.
You guys tell me all the wrong thing . I don't say any bad thing to you i am just pointing the truth. You guys can't handle truth
I am here to speak truth , you guys want to say word for me i am fine
I will tell the truth these people can't eve fill the simple form. Problem is those
