i am not being able to link my application online. I received my AOR on 7th December, since then i am trying to link my application to my account on cic website but i am getting this note:

Based on the information you entered, we found no applications

What do I do next?

It can take time for applications to be entered into our system. Check again in 24 hours.

If you still have trouble, contact us.

Please try the below:

1. Log in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application (Assuming 1 PA, 1 Sponsor, 0 dependents)


If you do have a representative, you will not be able to link your application to your account.

Please try the below:

Thanks, I tried this already and I found it putting my application number and family name, done with linking. i was trying to find it putting UCI. Or, CIC just updated it so i was able to link it. Anyways, done my work

Thanks, I tried this already and I found it putting my application number and family name, done with linking. i was trying to find it putting UCI. Or, CIC just updated it so i was able to link it. Anyways, done my work

It seems since now Immigration Quebec takes longer time to issue CSQ, they have started sending AOR with CSQ case number. I received one yesterday for my spouse.

I am not sure if this is a temporary measure or a permanent procedure, so no idea how can that be added to the work sheet.

Did ur wife's application go "in process" on ecas yet?
