Just wondering how did you respond to the add doc request of Urdu Nikkah Nama? Did you get one made?

Actually I think they might have misplaced it because we just sent a copy and explained to them how we had the option of both English and Urdu ones so we opted for the English one because I can't read or write Urdu and we chose something we both can understand ...just that it wasn't very detailed just a small paragragaph

My medicals changed from Passed --> Not needed at this time Obviously because they have expired but come on LVO, step up your game!!!

Salam to all. Today i got medical examination request on 9th December. last month on 8th october 2015 i received additional document request, which i forward this month on 02 december. i did not receive any letter regarding receiving of documents and no further change in gckey status. what should i consider is my documents are OK and verified and this medical letter is the next step. my previous upfront medical examination expired on 3 december 2016.

this is the first time i've seen an email bounce back with that error message, but LVO is known to have technical issues with their inbox from time to time.

try again tomorrow. if it still doesn't work, then you'll have to contact them via case specific enquiry instead.
