it's not a re med it's a medical they want complete medical and guessing fromtheir letter I think they never received my upfront... And yes I did sent enquiry through CSE four days ago haven't got their reply yet at the same time got early appointment from IOM TOO which is of tomorrow and now I'm so double minded don't know what to do.. Any suggestions for tomorrow??

Don't be confused and go tomarrow for medical...and don't worry about that in your previous medical there is something wrong,because if there is something wrong the medical team was contact with you within a week and they let you know what's wrong in your medical...so be positive and don't worry about that..only thing I can assume they misplaced your medical that LVO did with a lot of people,they even lost people original documents,so don't worry and go ahead for new medical,InshaAllah everything will be fine...

You should contact cic again. It's probably that they have misplaced it. Don't go for it according to my advice. If you have a receipt then send it. You can call cic in Mississauga and ask for help. How many more days you have till your deadline?

Hi nat01 can u tell me plz what's your my cic shows?And what about your security criminality status according to your notes?mine security criminality shows not started according to notes..and my cic never updated.thanks

My cic was never updated and I am not sure about security and criminality. I have ordered notes again let's see what they say.

A new line is added at PA side " We have started processing your application on November 20, 2016."

What does it mean? The file is transferred to LVO for processing?

In My CIC account its still showing the requested documents "Provided". They have not changed it to "Received" yet. It was supplementary information form which they requested to re-submit which I uploaded on November 10, and hard copies sent on November 18th.
Does it mean they received the documents and transferred the file for further processing but My CIC account is not updated or these are two separate activities?

I just received a letter from CIC regarding my case and with below information.

You have provided very limited photographic evidence of your relationship and you have not
provided evidence of your cohabitation with your sponsor although you indicated that you have
cohabited. This raises my concerns regarding the genuineness of your relationship with the
sponsor.
Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that the visa or document shall be issued if, following an
examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the
requirements of this Act. It appears that you do not meet the requirements of the Act for the
reasons set out above.
Before I make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to these concerns.
You must provide any additional information within 30 days from the date of this letter. This
additional information should also include the following.
-Proof of your sponsor’s residency in Canada.
If you choose not to respond with additional information within 30 days, I will make my decision
based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.

Subject to above documents request, i have completed and couriered all the below listed information to CIC on 3rd December, 2016.

1. Approx 700 Pictures from Wedding till date (Jan16-Nov16)
2. letter of explanation(stating why sponsors is staying with Applicant)
3. Sponsors Lease agreement, Tax Return, Vehicle Insurance,
4. Tax returns (sponsors and applicant)
5. Boarding Passes+tickets+invoices+Insurance card (in Pakistan documents)
6. few other documents relating to relation and stay (voluntarily submitted)

Same here except one addition with the name of dependent child.
