Go to Canada Revenue website and change your martial status as well. That is for when you do your taxes. You can also print the change in martial status screen and send it with your application.

On my cic application it says decision has been made on both side sponsor and permanent resident. I'm wondering if someone could help me understand this because I haven't received any email or letter regarding this.

I just received an email from LVO which confirms that we are in the interview queue :'
Hello from London,
This is in response to your enquiry regarding the above noted file.
Please be advised that your application, including the submission referred to below, has been reviewed by an Immigration Officer. The Immigration Officer has determined that an interview is required. This interview will take place during an area trip by an Immigration Officer based in London.
We expect to conduct one area trip in each quarter of the year. We will be in contact with the applicant approximately one month prior to the interview.
We hope this is of assistance.

What else can I send? If you have any ideas, please let me know since I'm out of ideas.
I send them monthly chat logs along with video call snapshots. We've taken 3 trips so far since our application was submitted last December, so everything was sent accordingly then.
What else have people sent to get out of the interview queue?

It means that the process is almost over for you, in a couple of days, you will receive passport request.

I am really surprised. what more evidence do they want? they havent requested any add docs related to relationship then why the interview?
do you see anything missing from the application that is alarming to them, anything different from their "checklist"?

I am assuming it still has something to do with the lost nikkah nama + birth certificate.

I'm sorry to hear that landing. :'( But Inshallah don't worry I know its another delay and if I were you I would be feeling more sad. But as long as everything is legit you don't have to worry Inshallah everything will be fine. What boggles me is your notes say they are ok but then there interviewing you. Seems like a procedural thing since they have to show a certain number of interviews each year for audit purposes which is non-sense in every way. Yes I am also inshallah hoping you get a quick date. Inshallah..
