thanx a lot for nice opinions. from UPS Website i come to know the exact reason. i actually send photos, wedding videos and other additional documents. UPS imposed more taxes on it and its written the recipient will pay these taxes. thats why london visa office refuse to take it as UPS demanded money (tax) from them. very strange i already payed about 4600 pkr in tcs lahore office now i think i have to pay these additional taxes too to deliver documents.

That's what I thought. They would refuse any payments. Now try to resend ASAP.

I submitted voluntary proofs 4 days ago through CSE Web form for LVO... Should I be expecting any acknowledgement email? It also mentioned after submission that if your case is still within normal processing time then you won't hear anything from us ??? Should I email them too? or the duplication might bug them..

I recieved an email from CIC and they are asking IMM 5562 for my wife. Considering this as per the experience of the members here, what do you guys think about the status of my case? Is it close the end or just the beginning? How long approx should it take now?

as per our spreadsheet average time taken in 2016 is 8.3 months, fastest is 5+ months.

Haa! MP duly noted tht everything has been completed. Im not on an interview line or anything. Meds did not appear so shes fwding proof.

She can't seem to find what the actual delay is...files like ours are titled PA-PUT AWAY DUST KY LEY

Hey guys i received my notes today which i ordered before i got a remedical request.i am so shocked to see that my file was opened back in sept 2016.i didnt heard anything from them till we sent voluntarily documents and i thought that my file isnt opened yet..but through notes i see that my file was reviewed by an officer which states in the notes that i recommend pass the eligibility.the couple seems to be at ease in pictures..and after this my file was assigned to another officer in sept and he put away my file..after i sent voluntarily the documents my file opened again by another officer which completed the case in a month..ALHAMDOLILAH

Our files are put away without any reason..i pray that a farishta kind of officer take charge of all the left dec applicants..it is so unfair that even everything is complete yet u people are still waiting just because the officers are busu doing other stuff

Did you sent a case speciifc enquiry asking about the delay? My eligibility was recommend pass in sept yet my MP told me that it is in the queue and he was so true they put away my file about this little tiny work on my file but the case specifc enq worked for me.

By the way just to update the spreadsheet the lazy wazy ecas was updated two days after i receive ppr.i am seeing a DM now on both sides. But mycic still shows case open and final decision not started while the documents sections shows that we need an additional document from this applicant which i guess is the passoort.

Now i am so confused whether we should be sending voluntary proofs or not. voluntary proofs bhejte hain tabhi yeh jaagte hain.....
