Oct 7 is SA date. Its ok if you dont remember.

I don't remember exactly but I feel like the status had changed to "in process" when I logged into my cic account after getting sponsorship approval email. And I had logged in right away after seeing that email.

Hey guys i received my notes today which i ordered before i got a remedical request.i am so shocked to see that my file was opened back in sept 2016.i didnt heard anything from them till we sent voluntarily documents and i thought that my file isnt opened yet..but through notes i see that my file was reviewed by an officer which states in the notes that i recommend pass the eligibility.the couple seems to be at ease in pictures..and after this my file was assigned to another officer in sept and he put away my file..after i sent voluntarily the documents my file opened again by another officer which completed the case in a month..ALHAMDOLILAH

How much time it took to complete your backgrounds? can u tell?

I intend to travel abroad with my husband at the end of this month. Should I send travel proof to LVO voluntarily? I am concerned that if I do, there might be issues with his travel history documentation.

And if I do send then this information, how should it be sent?

How much time it took to complete your backgrounds? can u tell?

My background status changed from not started to in progress on 8th november.and it is still showing in progress even after ppr.

Got immigrant visa and COPR today Alhumdulillah.

Now i am so confused whether we should be sending voluntary proofs or not. voluntary proofs bhejte hain tabhi yeh jaagte hain.....

It is a good idea to order GCMS after 5-6 months of application submission. It lets you know what the officer's concerns are. What he is thinking. If you address those concerns by sending proofs voluntarily, there shouldn't be any problem. if somebody's case is taking longer than average then involving MP is a good idea. What I am sharing is my own experience.
