Should i send the proofs i have collected after filing application, or should i include current proofs and the proofs i sent with my application as well?

Br proof i mean chat/call logs, Money transfer receipts, plane tickets, gifts etc

They have requested Updated Communication proofs.

I am going to send Call history, what's app chat, Money transfer receipts, my upcoming visit Flight Ticket, and more pictures from the wedding. Some more receipts we found for wedding expenses. I also applied for her visit visa and I will show that as well, and when we are planning to do Rukhsati.

I will explain why they couldn't see 150-200 people in the photos we provided, because I am from Pukhtoon and muslim family and not all ladies like to be photographed. Only close relatives take pictures with the couple. Also, ladies and gents have separate sections and the bride couldn't take pictures in the men section - only with grooms friends and cousins.

I will explain the meaning of Rukhsati and Nikah in our culture, why we couldn't do it, and how come we lived together without celebrating Rukhsati.

A letter from my father-in-law saying they didn't have any problem her daughter to be with her husband with out celebrating Rukhsati.

ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO TO CONVINCE THEM ??? ??

Just one suggestion. Be careful with the letter from father-in-law. On one instance your saying your doing ruksuti and the other your saying your father-in-law is ok with the girl being with you even with no ruksuti. Make sure your father-in-law knows about the Ruksuti you plan to hold.

Just one suggestion. Be careful with the letter from father-in-law. On one instance your saying your doing ruksuti and the other your saying your father-in-law is ok with the girl being with you even with no ruksuti. Make sure your father-in-law knows about the Ruksuti you plan to hold.

That letter from Father-in-law is for the 7 days when we lived together and went for trip. I will explain why we lived together.
That's why I wrote to them what Rukhsati and Nikah is.
And Yes, my father-in-law knows about the rukhsati plan.

There is a box on mycic where i am asked to upload supporting documents.

It's allowing me to choose only one file, however, i have like 10 files of what's app, call history, letter of explanation etc.

How can we select all of them?
Anyone uploaded more than one document there?
Please advise.

Found out on cic website that i have to merge all in one file and has to be less than 4MB :-X

Jaldi nhi kro. Take your time to put together the package. Refine it, be meticulous about it. Send it to them via Fedex with proof of delivery.

Here's the reason. You have one chance to convince them or most likely they will put you in interview queue. Not the end of the world but you can avoid this by putting together a nice package, inshaAllah

Put it together and then evaluate it yourself as if you were the visa officer opening it. Would you be convinced? If the answer is definitely yes, then send it.

My doc request was more extensive then yours, I took 2.5 weeks to gather the information and make letters before sending it out. My lawyer put the final package together so I don't know exactly how it looked but I advised them on how I wanted it presented.

When I got my doc request and it was even bigger then yours, I took 2.5 weeks to gather the information and make letters before sending it out. My lawyer put the final package together so I don't know exactly how it looked but I advised them on how I wanted it presented.

I applied for my spouse sponsorship this Month and still have not gotten Sponsorship approval yet. Yesterday on my spouse myCIC, her eligibility went from "Not Started" to "In Progress". Is that a normal change of status at this step?

No this is not normal..Background check being started is towards the end of the application process. mycic should be updated.
