if the PA's eligibility is passed, then yes, you're out of the queue. i'm a little confused now... not sure whether you're looking at the right section.

is the eligibility section you're looking at between the "party details" and "EE eligibility" sections? and do you see your husband's first and last name? if you're still not clear, send me a screenshot of pages 6 and 7 with your personal details removed.

OK, so Party details on page 5 has my info. On page 6, Family Class Sponsorship Eligibility has my info too with status: Passed.

My husband's information is on page 2, under Client Details . Then I have about 7 pages of attachments which includes all of the back-up material I sent with my application and about 27 notes which are follow-ups between my MP and my CSE.

Why does it feel like they sent me the wrong GCM notes?

If your eligibility is passed than Inshallah you wont be interviewed. Even in the GCMS notes thread eligibility says "review required" if there is interview. So Inshallah I think it is waived just needs to be updated. Inshallah.

seems to be ordered differently than the ones i've seen so far. family class sponsorship eligibility is not what we're looking for.

scan through the notes and look for your husband's eligibility status.

No where. That's why it's throwing me off. In the notes, it says that the VO is satisfied with the response for the PFL and is satisfied that we are legally married. I've reminded the MP to get back to me soon.

something's not right. when you requested your notes, did you give them a UCI or a file number? i'm a little rusty on what the ordering process is like...

almost looks like they've only given you notes pertaining to just the sponsor, and not the applicant.

Also, MP just got back to me to say that the notes from Sept 30th are correct (I don't know what that means? Does it mean we are getting interviewed?). However my notes were generated on Nov 17th.

Also they (MP) said that our eligibility is still in process. Even though the officer is satisfied, they still need to determine if the marriage is genuine. Makes zero sense.

It looks like when they didn't find your Nikah Nama they said marriage is not genuine, then when you sent Nikah nama they say ok "marriage is genuine" and they are satisfied with the "marriage aspect" but are now determining if the "relationship" is genuine. : :. So can't for the life think why they are not requesting communication information. :'(. I am thinking if there is something you can send voluntary to convince them on the "relationship" aspect like more communication stuff mayby seniors can way in on this well.

they are referring to the PA's eligibility. that's what we were trying to find in your notes...

let's wait for your second set of notes before jumping to any conclusions.

can anyone tell from where do you get information about different steps . . . like medical passed ... security not started .. etc

from application status confirmation on cic/ecas?

or is there anyother source i can use?
