correct.

note down the applicant's UCI in case you need it later. the sponsor, applicant, and dependents (if any) each have their own UCI. the one on the SA letter is the sponsor's UCI.

Who is the officer? is it the same CES (BS) ? :-\

the last officer to work on his file would've been from CPC-M. an officer from LVO has not yet been assigned to his file.

That's my next question, how do you know which is the officer at London?. Flex you think you can help me with that?

I hope I don't get CES(BS) :-\ :-\ apparently he is notorious for being a slacker with his files..

There is a thread on this forum which explains gcsms notes... it says that even the CPC Mississauga officer states some remarks about the relationship... is that true?

the last officer to work on his file would've been from CPC-M. an officer from LVO has not yet been assigned to his file.

Hi, just an update

I received my husbands documents today(at my canadian address) in mail which included his educational documents, nikkha nama and birth certificate.

Application filed on november 4th 2015
Additonal document request on July 6th 2016
remedical request, done on sept 1st 2016


Still no decision made or PPR but received all docs back, is that a bad thing guys? Please advise im so confused and nervous!

I understand from previous threads I have seen this question, It is a good sign ;D they are returning your documents cause they don't need it for anything and have or are very close to making a decision on your file. You should Inshallah see something soon.

they review eligibility, but not necessarily the relationship. they leave the relationship to the overseas visa offices since their officers will have a better understanding of cultural norms in their service region.

applicant eligibility involves many other things besides the bona fides of the relationship, and it's those things that CPC-M quickly reviews before transferring the file. if during the review they find any potential issues, he/she will mark eligibility as "review required" before the file transfer.

don't worry, this is a good sign. you're either going to get PPR soon, or a remedical (if you haven't done one already) followed by PPR.

Salam guys i had interview yesterday she told me she cant decide yet they will inform within 2-3 days so plz pray for me she said we accept ur all answers just issue why u didnt go to see ur daughter

Good wishes. IA you will hear good news soon. You have a common child that proves your relationship to be legit. They had concern that you didn't visit for long time. The interview was to address that concern. I don't think CIC will delay your case any further.

By the way, why didn't you order notes to know what is going on with your file. Many people know the visa officers concern by ordering GCMS notes and satisfy visa officers concern accordingly. Forum has been very helpful for me to make appropriate and timely actions.

Please pray for me as well since I am also waiting for DM.

Hi guys I got a message in myCIC account today they asked us to fill (IMM 5669) background check form and also for proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination is that a good sign ?

Our medical does not expire till Feb 2017 so we are thinking to send them a copy of our previous medical

Any suggestions
