I dnt knw why we nov and dec applicants r left hanging without decision. I never expected to wait after doc request bt now its more than three months. Honestly i m losing all my hopes to get good news soon

Now Jan 2016 applicants are getting background checks whereas, we are left in the dark. I don't understand.

Thanks, I will try it once 24hrs are complete as only 5 tries are allowed in 24hrs.
I was selecting 1 as number of persons included but as HRK advised it needs to be 2. lets see.. will update the forum once done..

I thought august is our month bt it passed, then i was hopeful for september bt useless now oct is going on, so no high hopes

In which city u got ur remed done?did u got any confirmation of results being positive n are forwarded to cic?

Islamabad, my ECAS updated last week to medical received. My first medical never even showed up on ECAS

Review of medical results: Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents: blank
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed: Not started
Final decision: Not started

I'm a January 29th applicant and my husband's medical expired on Oct 6th. Review of medical results changed from Passed to Not needed at this time on Oct 8th. How long do they take to ask for a re-medical or weren't they supposed to ask for it prior to it expiring? Thanks.

What I believe is that your file is in queue and not yet touched
Once they'll open it then U'll see background check into in progress.. And they'll surely ask u for re med
Since they want a valid medical while applicant lands in canada..

To further clarify, I would like to ask that the family class sponsorship cases will be proceeded according to London Visa Office processing times that is 11 months rather than 27 months?
