You did not submit your urdu nikkah nama? what di u submit then, marriage certificate?

English translation and marriage certificate..
My lawyer said we'll send it afterwards if they asked for it..
Similarly to everything more proof and for all the things my lawyer said we'll send when they'll ask for it not voluntarily..
He didn't even let us update about my husband job

So finally, we submitted the application yesterday. Thanks for all your help!

I just had a few questions about the CIC account now. I saw HRK's post for creating the profile, seems very helpful! Does it have to be the sponsor who creates the profile or can I being the PA do it too? Also, what's the file number? Is this something we get after the SA?

The mycic account can be created by both Principal Applicant and sponsor however only the PA would be able to link their application to their own account, In case of a representative/lawyer, you cannot link your application to your mycic account.

The PA can create their account using their application number which they will receive in the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) email from CPC-Mississauga.

I am planning to get married. However, due to my wife's studies, her family emphasis on nikkah only. The discussion still going on. I want to exactly know that if I get nikkah only and get the same registered through nadra certificate also, will it be sufficient for filing my spouse case. I am having PR.

Further, while filing case is it helpful to show your spouse education level verified from WES etc?

Pl inform if any further links out there for filing application as I will do it by my own. Following links shared by hero moderator "naveedali".

Hi,

One of my friend got DM a few days ago and it was a Rukhsati only case. You have to explain in details that when you're planning to do Rukhsati and Walima and when will you visit your wife. Also tell them the reason why are you not doing Rukhsati with Nikah. Take a lot of photos of your Nikah along with families of you and your wife. Go out with your wife and take photos on different locations. No you don't have to get them verified from WES.

No they didn't ask for it..
I was confused bcz when i was reading on their website biometrics was mentioned...
My vac was karachi..

I dnt knw why we nov and dec applicants r left hanging without decision. I never expected to wait after doc request bt now its more than three months. Honestly i m losing all my hopes to get good news soon
