Hey guys, I have a couple of queries if any body here could help.
1) Do we need to provide original education documents with my application???
2) Is birth certificate necessary, since i issued one recently so it isn't actually showing registration made just after birth. what should I do in this case?

As per my lawyer the only thing "Original" you give to CIC is your police clearance certificate. All other things are photocopies, I personally gave colored photocopies.

That's exactly what my consultant said. I was confused when I read the country specific instructions and check list it was written there to submit originals.

F.M you're not alone. I'm with you in this one. Nothing against anyone who's receiving their DMs/PPRs, we are all happy for you guys, but LVO is skipping over November/December applicants and going into 2016 applications? I don't understand what is going on?

I hope this is not like new delhi visa office who skipped all 2015 applicants and started giving visa to 2016 applicants in less then 5 months.Landing_PR said:

no, i don't think it's that. the VO has just been really slow over the past 2 months and they needed to catch up at some point in time. if they kept working at the same pace, then january/february applicants would've been waiting 12 months before they even had their files opened. march/april would've been waiting 14 months, and so on...
i think what'll happen now is they're going to process december, january, and february in one batch so they can catch up. the only thing that's unclear is why you and Landing_PR are still waiting. it's unfair and doesn't make any sense, but just keep this in mind: there has usually been 1-2 weeks of variation in the order they open files. this flurry of activity started around sept 15, so try to hang in there and insha allah you should see SOMETHING before the end of this month, whether it's a remed request, doc request, or background checks going into progress.
