And we 2016 applicants blame you Nov-Dec applicants ;D. You guyz should have done a better job on preparing your files... :P ;D

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

there's always a flurry of activity whenever Landing_PR gets mad. she asked for doc requests last time, and nearly every nov applicant ended up getting doc requests. in fact doc requests are ALL we've gotten since then. :P

LANDING_PR, GET MAD!! (but this time demand PPRs)

nah, they haven't started on december yet. my file is well organized IMO but i have a feeling they'll ask for proof of ongoing communication, etc.

UGH!!! Everyone and everything is making me LIVID!! >:(

ra03ra: You're on my list! >:(

I was just thinking this morning that I even had table of contents along with separators for different sections of the documentations I sent. I mean what else can I do to help them easily walk through my file!! I even sent them all the proofs from my 3 visits I did in between these 9 months. What more Allah! What more!!??

I need to see 1 just 1 teeny, tiny little PPR this week to keep my sanity in check *sobs on the floor, people stare*

Guys.

They are making some changes in the processing during this fall. They may announce it any time between Sept and Dec. Till then there will be very minimal progress. They are mostly working on backlog tilll new changes come into effect.

3 visits ....in 9 months??? :o :o.....that's whats screwing all of us.. :P. No wonder CIC is not processing applications fast....on one end are all the other Nov applicants and then there is your file...with 3 visits.. ???, how can others match that? :P

is that speculation based on what we've seen in the news? or do you have insider info?

the changes are happening across all visa offices, not just LVO, yet other visa offices seem to be keeping up the pace. even NDVO which has a backlog twice as big as LVO's has starting processing apps from early 2016. lastly, people that applied in fall 2015 are the backlog.

All the more reasons to bump up my file and make me slide through this wretched process. Yet, 9 months later, here I am, sobbing on the floor :'(

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

I don't think there is going to be any "Major" changes when it comes to spousal. I was reading Macullum June article in which he clearly said he can't cut down wait times from 24 months to a few months but he is going to hire more staff for the visa offices so they can process files a bit faster.

I think majority of the changes are going to be to employment immigration.
