OMG Decision made!!!!

This is crazy and they should stop playing with our heads and hearts! :'(

This is making me soooooo angry!! What's the point in updating the SA side? Instead of wasting hours doing the updates, look at the files and start pumping them out!!

ra03ra, it's not funny. do you know that it has been 9 months since i submitted my wife's app, and they still haven't opened it?

today my wife is upset at me because our anniversary is coming up and i still haven't decided on whether i'm going to go visit her in pakistan. i only have 3 vacation days even though i've been trying to save them ever since i came back from my wedding last year. not only that, but i'm still afraid of getting a doc request from LVO asking for "proof of visit", whenever the f*ck they decide to open my wife's file.

if i visit, i only get to spend 1-2 days going out with her and then i'm back on a plane. if i don't visit, CIC will accuse my wife of not having a genuine relationship. god knows what i should do.

Buddy I understand your frustration we are all in the same boat here. But I think you should visit her (not telling you what to do) cause my case is similar to yours and my lawyer said to me even if you just visit her for 2 days it will boost your file a lot. So I plan to do the same for myself come Jan next year. Its crazy but know getting frustrated will not change anything.

Exact situation is with my hubby.. He has got only 3 leaves and i am fighting with him ... I want him here v bad! I miss him and he says 3 days is nothing.. Wo tou thak ke araam krne mein he guzar jayege..
It's so irritating

Find another job Flx! Seems like these guys are harda**es. Think about when you have your wife here inshallah. You'll at least need 2 - 3 weeks to get her settled. How will your boss handle that?

I have already started banking extra hours since I don't have any vacation time left :-[

hello all,
actually i need an advice. i am nov 2015 applicant and recently got my gcms notes. Visa officer had leave a little note saying " my case is unusual because i am not planning on metting my spouse. My spouse mentioned on PA questionnaire that i will not be able to come to pakistan before 2017 due to my studies and this is what the visa officer see as problematic. VO stated that my file needs review. Under eligibility sec it says "review needed" and it was last updated on 15th july,2016.
what do u guys think i should do in this situation? I am thinking of sending additional documents stating why i am not able to go to Pakistan and as a proof will send my confirmation of enrollment. is this a good idea to voluntary send add docs at this point?

your advice will be much appreciated
