My husband just joined a new job 2-3 months ago thats why he can't visit pak
As for visiting spouse in canada.. Heard from many cases it gets rejected so its the main reason..
How'll they see this

Hi it's same case as mine, I have joined new company 3 months ago and still on probation period and if I apply for visit visa for spouse it gets rejected and other thing when you apply for visit visa and there is already spouse visa application, I have heard it delays your spouse visa application. Is it true ? If it is OK to apply can someone tell me who applied for visit visa for spouse and it is accepted. Your reply is highly appreciable.

yes. not everyone gets a doc request.

Hi guys,
I need some urgent help as my situation is a little screwed up. I got my IM-1 visa and copr back with some errors. On the passport I sent after PPR, they returned it with IM-1 visa but they made an error by using my old passport number. So visa is on my new and valid passport but the passport number on the visa is old. Same thing on copr.
I understand according to a lot post on the forum regarding expired passports that it's okay to travel with a valid visa on old passport. But since my visa is on a new passport but using an old number, I don't know if I will be allowed to land. Is this something that I can get corrected after landing?
Plus I am trying to contact the visa office but I haven't heard back in weeks. My deadline to land is approachin and I fear that I will have to take a chance and travel if I don't hear back from the visa offices.
Any help would be appreciated guys

They requested:
1) Schedule A (IMM 5669)
2) Letter of explanation as to why they delayed the submission of their app after marriage
3) Proof of continuous relationship

Oh.. That's a straight additional doc request..

Flx do u have any idea if one can provide proof of communication from some other app which is not amongst the famous viber fb whatsapp etc...
It uses diff numbers from my side to call to canada mobile number.
Screenshots of those, will that be okay??

it doesn't have to be viber/whatsapp/facebook. communication is communication.

yes, take a few random screenshots and just send those. also send any western union receipts you have.

I took my polio card with me (which i got from airport during my last travel, and its valid for a year) for my upfront medical, as they asked me to bring it.
But at the medical they didn't even ask for it..
Also u can get polio card after vaccination in agha khan

Please tell did u send post marriage pics with the initial app
