Hi All,

I have a few questions:-

-I am gathering all documents for my application. Do I have to get my Bachelor's Degree attested from my college? It was in the UK in my case.
-Secondly, how long can the sponsor spouse stay out of Canada after applying for the principal applicant? I understand my husband has to be living n Canada but can he travel for like 2 3 weeks as a vacation?

Your Bachelor degree if your college is listed in the list of accepted universities/colleges list then you do not need it but if it is not then you have to get it attested both from your college in UK then it needs to be attested by HEC Pakistan as well and foreign office too. In my case i didnot had to because my university was listed in the accepted universities in Canada and i just gave that code number that's it. Secondly depending upon if your husband is citizen or pr he can travel anytime

Dear Mr/Ms. Hafiz Muhammad,

That's not my name or eather related to my wife.
But in the middle of the email there is my wife's name.
Need urgent help,

First if anyone names Hafiz Muhammad.
Do I need to reply that email and ask for correction.

Most of paki immigrants start with security job and then move to cab driving and studying here. Remember everything here requires license so mentally be prepared to Most of indian counterparts will jump in labor and driving trucks they aim for trucking and they enter in trucking and settle themselves in 6 months in last 2 years i have not seen single Indian punjabi unsucessful in trucking and making money.

What is the expiry date of your wife's medical? If it is close to expire then might be this remedial request is actually for your wife otherwise this might be a wrong email,
You can send an email to LVO and marked with urgent.

My husband's first two official names are Hafiz Muhammad.
But that's really reckless of them to make such an error, definitely follow up to have it corrected

My wife contact MP office But secretary said that we have to fill 2 forms after that you have to come to the office one form is from applicant and 1 from sponsor.Any idea guyz

Hello guys,

Just for reconfirmation I need 3 things:
1) Original Urdu Nikahnama with stamp "seal of registrar"
2) English translation of Urdu Nikahnama which is by notary public
3) Nadra marriage certificate which is issued by the government in english and urdu

ps I don't what is the notary public "golden stamp", all I got done was a purple stamp which set notary public plus translation from urdu to english
