the processing time for pakistan changed from 27 months to 26 months today lol. still, even if this average is skewed due to the mess islamabad created, then a decreasing average is always a good sign.

may everyone's files be finalized within 8-10 months insha allah, and may the early 2015 applicants who have been waiting for 1+ years also hear some good news very soon.

I am also a december applicant.ordered notes in end april received in end of may.everything is same as yours except for medical which says passed.

before you apply, you need to get the principal applicant (your husband) to print and fill out this form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp

he only needs to fill out sections 1, 3, and 4. once he's done, ask him to scan it and email it back to you. then when you go to apply for the notes (here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp), you'll get a chance to upload attachments, and that's when you upload the scanned form he sends you.

section 3: your details

you will receive your notes via email after 30 days, so the information you see in the notes will be 30 days old by the time you receive it.

I have a question. I heard many peoples from the peoples that average time for Pakistani spouse is 27 month. My question is that my wife already applied for me from Canada. When you submit your application in Canada. The average timing is 17 months.
So it is right to that my application will take inshah ALLAH 17 months????

the CIC website lists the current processing time as 26 months, but the majority of applications are actually processed within 8-10 months.

8-10 months are few cases... Majority of the cases are still taking 12-15 months. You can see from all the 2015 applicants time-line the average time.

Last year there was a boost in application processing due to changing in government which happens everytime there are elections held. People who applied close to elections dates got DM within 4 months whereas people who applied before and after elections are still waiting to get DMs.

Don't forget 2014 applicants. I'm March-2014 applicant and still waiting for DM and Passport request. It's 26th month since applied. My re-medical was done on 12-May-2016 and since then waiting for LVO further feedback. I have no words to say now.!!

just got my passport back with visa stamped. Finally Alhumdulillah . The whole procedure from submitting file to this took almost 1 year and 1 month
