did LVO just issue a PPR for a January 2016 applicant?

i don't believe it. our spreadsheet has several other January 2016 applicants who are still waiting for a DM... not to mention November/December 2015...

Isn't it bcz it was a very strong case
They didn't need to work on it much while for others they take time to check authenticity of relationship..

I just want to see how many people submited thier passport in this month (may)? and really dont know reason why visa office is too slow this month I know soke people waiting since 4th may didnt get their passports back anyone have idea why they took this much long time? anyone here got passport back from 5th to date?

They have given time of 4 weeks.. so lets wait and see till 5th June what happens.

Usually people get their passports back within 2 weeks and even 1 then why its taking so much time :/

Yes but this month it took almost 4 week the maximum...

no. i have said this before many many times... it doesn't matter how strong your case is if it's stuck in the queue. you could have the strongest case possible, but the visa officers won't know because they aren't going to open your file until it reaches the front of the queue. for LVO, reaching the front can take anywhere from 6 to 7 months.

90% of our wait is being stuck in queue.

We have submitted our passport on May 5th, but still no news. I think they will take all their sweet time.
Well they said 4 weeks anyways this is beginning of 4th week today

A friend of me who is not in this forum he just got email that his passport is ready for collection, he also submited on 5th may, good luck to all of us allah help us to get soon within 1 or 2 days.

yes and it pisses me off when people say OH THATS BECAUSE MY CASE IS STRONG HURR DURR

once again just so everyone knows, it DOES NOT matter how strong your case is if it's stuck in a queue and hasn't been reviewed yet. and no, visa officers DO NOT respect the queue, so they may pick up a recent file while ignoring the older files. when they start reviewing and when you get a DM without additional dic requests, that's when you know your case was strong.

For someone to say my case was stronger, is like someone saying only my marriage is valid :-X

Although I'm happy for the applicant who got DM. This is not against them or their spouse or their case or their luck etc It just boggles my mind that LVO skipped all of the applicants and processed a 2016 application. What was the rhyme or the reason? :'(
