Kindly guide me how to fill Appendix A i.e Updated Information chart...My father is in Canada & permanent resident. He sponsored my mother. Few days earlier we have received Letter in which they have instructed to fill out Appendix A, updated information chart & submitt it along with original passport to islamabad office.
Kindly guide me whether my mother have to fill out the information of all family members who are not accompanying with her. My Father is already in Canada & i am only child & not dependent. My mother is travelling alone. Kindly guide me. Thanks

can you please tell the timeline of your mother's application, when it was filed and when it was started processing at London visa office.
it would be helpful for other applicants.

Apprndix A form is needs to fill when you get ppr if you got then you need to write information about applicant, e.g. name, laste name, high in cm eye color, pp no these all only need to add and print the letter.

I know the information requires to fill the form. but i just want to know that we have to put information of all my family members who are travelling or not travelling with my mother. Because my mother is travelling alone. My father (sponsor) is already in canada. So i have to fill it out with just my mother details or my & my father detail is also necessary?

She have applied in January 2016, Get medical exam in March & now in May she has received the letter to submit original passport in Islamabad gerry office.

I did matriculation privately and not through any institute, what should i write on the form in the Institute name field?

did LVO just issue a PPR for a January 2016 applicant?

i don't believe it. our spreadsheet has several other January 2016 applicants who are still waiting for a DM... not to mention November/December 2015...
