my wife called them yesterday and they said my case actually in Pakistan and that agent said becus u have a diff case so we sent it to IVO becus thts the nearest visa office to ur family member)&if thr will b any need to send it to LVO thn they will email us otherwise it will process in IVO (diff case becus i got married with a Gori) so im relax now thank Allah

Couple of questions please, did u do full wedding, rukhsati, walima or Nikah only?
I heard VO also give consideration to religious background, so wouldn't be this issue in your case?

I recieved AOR on 25 May 2016. Can you please tell me how much time i will take until they will send my file to England inshah Allah???? I also married with gori? So we have just Nikah.
Is it ok because we have just 2 weeks so that's why we just marry in a simple way.

Wait for at least 10 days. you file will be transferred to London after you get SA.

yeah but they've started sending new files to other VO's to prevent LVO from forming another backlog. there was a member (HRK) who got an SA letter saying their file was sent to Ottawa, and i know of at least two members who had their files sent to Islamabad. i thought they were typos, but kashif says his wife called them up and got confirmation that their file really is in Islamabad.

kashif's case in my opinion has a couple of red flags, so perhaps Mississauga anticipated an interview and sent his case to Islamabad which is where interviews for Pakistani applicants are held. if they really are lining him up for an interview, then having his file already at Islamabad may speed things up for him.

thank you blueandgreen .... now i'm just confused where to submit my passport. Booking a flight to Pakistan is just too costly and Ramadan are also coming up. I hope there is a way we can submit to Ottawa.

Also from what I've noticed, everyone who got a remed request, its takes somewhere between 10-20 days to get PPR after the test is done. So if you're booked for 1st June, i believe you can expect to get your PPR before 20th June Insha Allah .... sooner hopefully.

when my wife went for her medical, the physician's office told her that it takes 3 months for them to process the results. wouldn't that add 3 months to our timelines if we were to get a remedical request?

Yeah that can be a reason.. They are so unpredictable. nobody can exactly guess anything about them. yes we did Nikah and reception too and yes they always look on every point so it doest matter our religion allows us to marry and its genuine

yes mybe red flags but its doest matter if u have a real relationship and yes i hope they will proceed it very soon
