Anyone knows that is sponsor addressee appears on the copy of permanent resident document for landing. My sponsor(husband) addressee is changed should I inform immigration officer as they asked in letter requested for PPR to inform any changes in circumstances to LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca but at Ecas it always showed my(applicant) addressee.

ORGANIZATION refers to the arrangement of your documents. Your documents should be arranged in a manner that makes sorting of any document easier for the visa officer as and when required

The arrangments is done by lawyer(appointed by my husband) in canada
I guess all lawyers know exactly how to do it..
Thats make my case strong and iNshaAllah quicker to process

My lawyer recently send my application. I have a question. She submit my Nikah. There was no Rukhsati because my wife was not Pakistani. She is Mexican. That's why Nikah is everything. Is it ok? Actually this thing is in my mind at that time but when someone marry with Pakistani girl then he do Rukhsati.

Well, if the MP is not going to assist you - then I would consider this option.
Otherwise, my suggestion is to continue following up your case with the MP.

Today, I got re-medical request as my 1st medical was already expired in 1st week of March 2016 and that medical status was "Pass". They asked to do re-medical at the earliest. How do you see this new activity? Is this good sign and should I hope for passport request within 10 to 12 days after completion of required medical examination?

Hi members anyone can tell me about sending the passport and requested documents to Islamabad through Karachi Canada Visa center. What is the process and fee of sending passport through them. What are the other options people using like TCS and is it save to send passport through courier services.

I am not sure about the fee process but u shud be sending your passport through them.
TCS or other such courier services are not the safe option.

this is a very good sign now your wait is going over u will get ppr soon after your medical

I was told any courier service in UNACCEPTABLE.
I had to go through karachi office as well.
I just went through this process a week ago.
Any relative can go and submit passport and documents on behalf of applicant. The fees is 1319rs so make sure you have cash on hand. I asked them for credit card and stuff they said no, just the cash in hand.
Once you submit passport they will also send you confirmation email.
But when picking up passport when its ready applicant has to pick it in person. This is what i was told when i talked to representatives few time on phone.

Can someone please tell me how much time take spouse case from Pakistan. Second is they send all the spouse cases to London office or some they send to some cases Islamabad as well???
