any one please help me out, visa office emailed me about re medical in December ,
also asked for more documents with in 45 days ,but because of some reasons i didn't opened email ,
they again sent me another email about the same things
and again i didn't opened my email
actually i didn't use that email for the last 5 month

so please some one help in this regards
their time limits have been passed

They just replied me the generic thing...ur file is with an officer for review...!!!

I got the same reply almost 3 weeks ago that 'file is under review with an immigration officer'. No update so far

Are you Serious ? how can you do this ? I mean.. Its like ... Dear how will you defend it bcz VO will definitely need Explanation probably your this act will raise VOs concerns .. VO will definitely think that you did this on Purpose until you Provide a very solid Reason ... Man One should check e-mail at least once a week.. if you could not accesses, your Spouse can do that for you . Send Them E-mail as soon as possible ( Subject : Urgent In fact Very Urgent ) and Pls provide officer A apology letter + Explanation letter why this all happened, make sure reasons should be very solid..

May be you are true
But please ensure that your attachment size does not exceed the allowed limit.
I guess to send an email to LVO the allowed size for attachment is 10MB.

A friend of mine forgot the password for his email account. He had not added any mobile number or email address for recovery.
He was unable to open his account for about 6 months. But luckily, after that long one day he was able to put the correct password.
May be you can try to justify your delay with such a reason.
I will suggest not to panic and send them an email with URGENT in the subject immediately, by :
putting the required documents in an attachment, providing a reason for the delay and informing them that you are going for a re medical at the earliest possible date.
If sending the documents is not possible immediately. Send them an email explaining the reason for this delay and inform them that you will provide the documents shortly.
If the decision is not made. They may consider the additional documents.
In any case better is to send them the required documents instead of waiting for getting your case decided without these documents. (If I'm at your place, This is what I will do)

Assalam o alikum everyone..Lvo send mee additional documents request on feburary 4 2016..after that they mail that they recieved all documents and attached with my file and now my file with an officer for review..but still after 3 months no reply..I want to know how much time more for Dm...Thnks for ur reply in advance

Hi I got DM and PPR in April... DM: 3 April and PPR 4 April

the email that got bounced back to me actually says "recipient's inbox is full".

in this case why do not you Try to submit Inquiry , VIa Inqury you can also submit Documents

come on guys, that's what i did.

i found out today that inquiry and direct email are the same thing; they both go to the same email address at LDNIMMIGRATION. the difference is that with an inquiry, it takes all the info you filled into the form and formats it into the body of the email. what i'm trying to say is that whether you submit an inquiry or send a direct email, it'll get bounced back until LDNIMMIGRATION clears out their inbox.

if anyone submitted an inquiry or sent a direct email to LVO in the past week, please check your spam folder for an email from "postmaster". if your inquiry/email did get bounced back, you'll need to resend your info whenever they free up space in their inbox.
