I read comments of Couple of here that they have got Decision Made on 8 April and they have not hear anything from CIC After that . Guys I have ready somewhere that if E-cas shows DECISION IS MADE on both ( Sponsor and Applicant's E-Cas ) that means Approval and if it only show Decision Made in the E-cas of Applicant sometime is can be Negative decision ( Not sure how true it is ) .. Can you Guys pls check the E-cas of you Sponsor As well .

do i have to follow it for spousal immigration?
it has some forms like supplementary information form and residency questionaire...do i have to fill it?

Yes u do. And u have to fill only those forms which are for Pakistan in that guide.

Dear 2014 applicants,

May I request to all 2014 applicant to share their more recent updates here so we all are on the same page.

I'm April-2014 applicant (husband case) and sill waiting for DM and PPR. In end Nov-2015 LVO requested me for send them my passport bio page color copy and my most recent photographs and I did courier within couple of days and since then no updates from LVO. Status is still "In-Process". We have send them inquiry but no response. Now my wife is here in Pakistan since January-2016 and we are planning to send them another email along with her boarding pass image, entry stamp image, few pictures etc...

Need suggestions if you can spare time for me.

Well, it's certainly not true!!!

Let's assume for once it's true...even then they need to inform either of the applicant abt rejection or refusal...
What they r doing with that refused case n docs now???
They should get rid of all this by informing the applicants n that's it!!!
There must be some delays only which could delay the process

That is just unacceptable! LVO is turning into Islamabad Visa Office.

In some cases...u r pretty right...LVO is islamabad visa office now, they take a month just to stamp a visa n send the passport back!!!lol

its 40 days since My Interview is done but No Decision is made yet .. Guys pls share your thoughts .. Why it is taking so long ? if i have pass interview r not ? what do you thinks Security checks are done before or after Interview ?

P.S . Before Interview They ask me to Pay PRF and Re-medicals .

They must be completing ur security checks same is the case with me I got remedical done on 7th march n after that no update, I m sure they had to complete the background checks that's why it's taking so long after remedical n in ur case after interview!!!

This is sooo depressing. How can they be so slow. not even a single update from oct applicants. its such a big department, there should be a way to file a complaint against LVO.

I have had my interview back in January 2016 after they required addition documents in Feb since then completely since from them
in your case don't send them email this will nothing make difference order notes is the best way to check where your case is

man, we have a grand total of FIVE october applicants, and i don't even know whether all five of them are routine cases or whether they are actively updating us with their progress. this is such a tiny data sample and we just can't use that as a reliable indicator of how fast they're working. there's likely hundreds of other october applications that we don't know anything about.

fyi, a 28th sept applicant got his DM on april 1st. that's pretty close to being an october applicant as far as i'm concerned.

no, because i sent everything. urdu originals, attested translations, etc...

anyway i'm a december 1st applicant so i'm not that ahead of you. going with LVO's current trend of 7 to 7.5 months, i don't expect anything until mid july.
