No updates so far. We applied in the beginning of July and I haven't heard anything from LVO since the transfer of the file.

I received my notes in January and they are waiting to review the eligibility as of November 2015 which was the date of last activity on our case.

i think they are checking backgroud or security now.and i hope you will heard soon from them wait 1 or 2 weeks more and then email them again.what you say?

My visa officer is also JS , I've didnt heard from him more than three months

Really can't guess what JS is upto with our cases from last three months...

We can only hope for the best...

I think he hasn't even touched my file after the additional documents request because my medical is expired in December 2015 otherwise he would hv asked me for remedical at least

I Would say talk to your Local MP and ask them to contact on your behalf and see what's going on should not take this long. Good luck.

Question: In our PPR, they wrote they added an extra number in front of the address of my husband's. The address is overall correct. We've sent an urgent email asking them to correct it. Will this delay our application? We can't go ahead and submit the passport, correct?

What kind of documents he asked from you ?
He asked me in November to do payment RPRF , And proof of completion of the medical , because I've done it after we sent the application , so I had to refer the UMI number since I did it , after he asked me next day I referred him my UMI , next day they updated my third line which is medical received , since then I didn't heard anything , last week I sent email to LVO , but no response

5-6 months if your application is complete and error free and CIC does not get back to you for additional information.

Guys need assistance:

file received july: 2014
started processing: march 2015
medical done again: april 2015
they asked for biodata passport: august 2015
on ecas i checked August 30 2015 it says "decision made" since than nothing
just sit tight or ask for notes ???
my address has been changed, i send an email to lvo, is that good enough??

I think you must contact MP as well as Order Notes ASAP. It too long a time period after DM. They may have sent PPR and it could have been lost on the way. Do it ASAP

Me & my wife we both are in Pakistan, can i ask my friend in canada to contact MP, can he meet MP on our behalf??? Yes I did order for notes today.

Nope no one else can contact MP but just sponsor himself/herself. If sponsor is in Pakistan so contact MP via call you can get your MP contact number from Parliament website and they will ask sponsor to prove his/her authentication through fax them any identity of proof with letter of inquiry. Contact MP they will guide you as needed. I am also waiting for PPR. It's been 5 months since DM.

For those that have not received their original documents and had a passport request, send a case specific enquiry to London Visa Office.
If you don't get a response in one month, then make an appointment with your local MP and be persistent with them.
