i have recieved following letter.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature updated.
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate updated.
Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures.
Client Information: Supplementary information form.
RPRF, Family Class: Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in Canada
Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination sent separately.
Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 45 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.

i need to ask that i shud also go for medical exam? or not

I got the letter for visa issuance please advice me i should send the passport to islamabad through tcs or i have to visit the visa office in islamabad ??

Received PPR today... one day after DM I think LVO is working super fast now. I hope they pick up pace on all the pending cases from 2014 and before.

I think its a good time for you to order notes now. And see why you are stuck with interview people. When did you last ordered notes.? Do you believe that you have passed eligibility checks already ?

I have ordered notes in October-2015 and got replied in early November-2015.

See below feedback.

Application Status - Open
Application status - In-Process
Criminality - Pass
Org Crime - Blank
HIRV - Blank
Security - Blank
Medical - Pass
Eligibility - Pass
Security screening - Blank
Biographic - Ready to be Assessed
NOTE - Visa officer is fully satisfied and he written that marriage is genuine and couple seems comfortable. Strong evidence of ongoing relationship. He is fully satisfied.

After that LVO send me an email around 25-Nov-2015 and asked me to submit valid passport bio page color copy and recent photographs which were submitted to them within couple of days thru courier and now its been a month but no reply from LVO.

Now, what would you suggest how should I proceed?

It means that they have taken decision on your file/case and I'm sure that their decision will be positive. Now you'll have PPR soon InshahAllah. LVO expediting thing so I guess you'll have PPR by next week InshahAllah

Mr. watch your tone, you are rude.

Mr. Canada SMS, I haven't been rude to anybody. Nobody was understanding my point of view, which made me frustrated. Please let me know why it is considered to be rude when you are happy that someone finally understands your point of view. People did not even take into account what I was saying about my Nikah being in English and Urdu and the redundancy of translating an original document already in English into English.

what does it mean:

its the landing fees or what. n we will hv to pay tht

it is more then a month its says DM LOV ask for RPRF fee which i paid very next day and send them recipt by email havent recived PPR request yet

It's been more than two months since DM, I am waiting for any email or PPR, emailed LVO twice, sent CSQ but no reply. So there is no specific time frame for PPR.

Guys pls help me .My spouse is going to Order notes , I'm on Consent Form thr are 4 section which section is to be filled out on Consent form or all the sections must have to be filled.. Guys waiting ur responses .

Note : My Spouse is going Request Notes and she is Citizen. We also have hired Immigration Consultant but we wanna do this by our own
