If you don't mind and do not take it as a radical question I would like to know which religion do you belong and where do you live in Pak? Your nick name gives me an idea that you are Christian and please for God sake I am just asking to get an idea and nothing else, I am a human being and I respect all religions, I know one person who's is Christian and he also had done his case within 5 months

i am June 2015 applicant and got decision made in 6 months waiting for PPR.. Alhumduillah religion muslim.

i guess fast processing 2015 applicant is not the matter of religion, only solid cases without red flags and some how a good visa officer.

Hey there. I have the english version of the nikkah nama which is available in the market. it has stamp of the mufti sahab. Is this enough or do i still need a translator and an affadavit, when there is no translator hired as such. ?

My wife's file turned in to in process August 2015. I have applied my spouse application back in September 2014. File shows start processing application on December 14 2014. When i applied application processing time was 13 months altogether 2 months for mississuaga and 11 months for london. Is it good time to ask them whats going on?

It is certainly a good to ask them, infact you would had ordered notes couples of months back to ascertain where your file stand. There is no harm in sending CSE as well.

Sending additional documents is a good thing, they will attach them to your file and may expedite your case.

I was given this EXACT email on August 22 , 2015. And I replied the same day but for some reason I didn't get any medical info and now medical is expired I am so confused why are they not telling me anything :/

It is the discretion of VO to either extend initial medical to another 12 months or request for a re-med on the recommendations of medical officer at LVO / New Delhi. Expect to receive the re-med request pretty soon if you haven't received yet.

Should I send case inquiry or not..?
Addtl docs were requested and sent to Lvo on nov 4th and since then waiting and nothing updated on ecase either
How long did it take others after sending addtl docs to hear back?

No harm in sending CSE, you can do so anytime

The LVO is interested in the original Nikah Nama which in most of the cases in Pakistan is in Urdu and its English translation. But if you have your original one in English then send it and also attach a note on a simple paper explaining why you have that one and not in Urdu. Also send them original Nadra issued Marriage certificate.

Looking at the SS I believe most of the june and one from May applicant got DM in NV and and PPR in NV as well

well I believe you have to give them time, let them work with their own pace, don't panic, trust me brother you'll end up in a very lovely love letter from the Canadian high commission soon
