Sending additional documents is a good thing, they will attach them to your file and may expedite your case.

They asked me for additional docs too...
I have a question...

They have given me 30 days timeline...
What does it mean...I can post them the docs on 30th day or do they need to receive my post within 30 days???

Normally it means within 30 days, 1 or 2 days over is ok. Even if you don't get new documents from the departments because of delay, but you have to reply why its taking so long by writing an explanation on a piece of paper/or just simple email.

by the way, what documents are asked and your time line please..

5 weeks over since DM, no PPR yet. Emailed a week ago, no reply. Should I wait more or send another email. There is no exact timeline for anything here.

Here 10 days over no PPR, two days back sent email but no response from LVO.

I think we should wait for some more days.

Has anyone with ppr who has submitted their passport around Nov. 11 gotten their passport back with visa yet?are they taking a long time to process passports with the visa in Islamabad these days....pls if anyone knows pls respond thank you.

I hope Islamabad VFS isn't actually slower than others! Can anyone who submitted their PP to ISB please confirm how much time it took?

United States FBI Certificate to summit OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Dear members: Anyone can help me, i am in Karachi Pakistan and immigration application processing in london. I have applied for ARC(Authorization to return to Canada) due to deportation reason. In March i got email from my visa officer(SXB) to apply for ARC as well on same email he asked me for United States FBI( I lived in states for several years)clearance certificate/Karachi police clearance . I had mailed ARC application and both countries clearance certificates with just one copy of each to my visa officer(SXB) and on address mentioned in his email.

Unfortunately i have sent him state clearance certificates( i lived in Alabama, Birmingham) so he emailed me after almost 5 months in 6 August to summit FBI(federal not state clearance certificates).It took me 14 weeks to get the FBI clearance certificate i just got it now on 11th Nov.

On Nov 13/15 I got email from (REO) with my immigration application bar code F00024---and given last 30 days to summit FBI clearance certificate also mentioned in email that i never communicated with anyone which i emailed my officer(SXB) on 19 August that i have applied for FBI CC and it will take 11-13 weeks to get it i didn't get any reply from him but just an automated email confirmation reply.

Then On Nov 19/15 I got letter by mail doesn't have officer code just a letter again asking for to summit original FBI clearance certificate but now in Application bar code is written ARC300----- given 45 days to summit original FBI report seems like that this letter have come directly from ARC section but address is same from where i got email as well letter by mail which is immigration and medical services division, high commission of Canada Trafalgar Square London,UK SW1Y 5BJ. In none of these email and letter my vary first immigration visa officer code is written (SXB).

My problem now is that did i need to get two copies of FBI report, one for the ARC and the other for my immigration visa officer. Is it two different officers processing this if then ARC section never contacted me until now on NOV when i got letter by mail. I just ordered one copy of FBI even i was fixing to mail it to my officer(SXB) but now i am totally confuse what to do where to even mail it now. If i order again it will take 13-14 weeks to get one as FBI already mailed me one they can't print now i have to start from scratch.

My immigration processing is in last stage just waiting for FBI certificate should i request but to who ARC or immigration visa officer to accept one copy and one i send original as in both they asked for original FBI CC otherwise i have to wait again 13-14 weeks to get one more FBI certificate.

Do both the email from your visa office (SxB) and the letter you received in the mail ask for originals? I think you should email your visa officer with an attached copy of the report and explain about the letter your received to ask what you should do (write urgent and your file # in the subject). But you could also mail in a copy of the report to the LVO office adress in response to the letter.

I would scan the FBI report and send email to both and tell them both about two different letters you received. Send original in mail to SXB which is most likely your officer who is processing your file. Put your F000**** number and UCI number on both email subject line with "URGENT" on both hopefully the confusion will be cleared. Good Luck

respected bros and sis i want to send additional documents to LVO plz any one who knows about it i want to share my answer if it is ok or not

My experience is don't send anything untill they ask for it, in my view if they need further information they will ask otherwise they will process it. Sending additional information will make them look into new information and maybe delay your process or even put you for further questioning. In my experience I was put in for interview because of that as I sent additional info after it became In-process and we have to go through interview now. I wish I had been patient a little bit more, as I saw people who did not bother them got through without interview.

Pls update:
- medical request: Oct. 8 2015
- meds done: Oct. 19, 2015
- ppr Nov. 9, 2015
-pp submitted Nov. 11

Now we are waiting for the passport back with visa in it! They told us 2 weeks.

We submitted ours through VFS Islamabad on Nov 3, 2015 and still waiting for visa. We sent an enquiry and they responded the next day and asked us for the date we submitted the passport and tracking number. We provided that to them on Friday so hopefully Monday we will get a response. Hopefully we get it soon!

I got the following reply

does anybody know what the maximum e-mail size is? I'm sending various PDF files showing skype/whatsapp call records, phone bill scans, passport scans, and pictures of my re-cent trip back home to see my wife. the pictures file is about 10MB.

does anybody know regarding any limitations?

Kindly advice about this.

According to my understanding VFS is not slow or fast, all they do is send your passport to Islamabad which they do the same day.. Its the Islamabad Visa office which may delay the passport return.

Try to divide this files in three or four sections and send them separately such as one bundle of Skype, one bundle of PHotos, One bundle of bills etc.
