The height mentioned on copr is not correct, do I contact lvo/Islamabad or just ignore it?

Yeah you are right i did send them bit extra ,but it did not effect negatively on Application .

As per our notes some were discarded in Mississaga and a note entered that they were whatsapp chat and the reason is the volume of supporting documents were too large. Did not effect the decision. I think I sent 400 pages of whatsapp.

As per their CORRESPONDENCE, applicants are urge to notify if there is any discrepancies in COPR relating to applicants details.

I suggest , humbly, to just write an email to them and at least clear the ball from your court,

I believe when you sent the application, they record that information into their systems, but when they send the COPR or like documents it can be a typo, so in my personal opinion its not a big issue like married or having child in between application process and one doesn't tell the CIC, and that's a big issue, but just small error in height won't make any issue at all.

We did our Re-medical on October 13 and they told us that it will be sent to LVO within 48 hours. We still don't see it in ECAS and also we are trying to call IOM but no one pics up phone. One thing I don't understand is why IOM people don't answer the phone. Even when we wanted to book the appointment we called for 4 days but no one picked up I think we should complain to CIC for IOM's poor customer service. It is annoying and unprofessional.

Can someone tell us how can we confirm that our re-medical has been sent and LVO has received it.

Sorry I have to disagree, Even a Typo error on an OFFICIAL docs or Travel document is not a good thing. These docs should be free from any typos.
As COPR will be used as a document every where before PR card arrival. Even after that, One should be suppose to keep COPR intact and will be used if the applicant applies for Citizenship or renewal PR or PRTD.

My point is that it wont hurt that much to write an email to VO, telling about the discrepancies and let them decide if this minor TYPO is nothing or need correction

I am sorry If i sound a bit hard, I am just trying to make a point...ofcourse the applicant can take if he likes...I respect your opinion too

what should we add here.
another question here, Family Register Certificate mean FRC from nadra it will be from me or my mother, as NADRA said i can take only FRC with my mother name which include only my brother and siters.

Almost same timeline we are sharing and unfortunately I also haven't got any update yet...

My file was transferred to LVO on 8th June and LVO updated it's in process since 23rd June. ..after that they updated that Medicals received

After that no update and last website modified date is 2nd October so let's hope for the best when they update their site now...in sha Allah

Yes, in that sense u r right...I also know two such cases who sponsored their spouses a month later then my case and they have also got approval and one of them is flying to canada even in few days in sha Allah... that's why I wrote that just wait for the next website update in sha Allah hopefully our turn is near too...urs will be much sooner then me as my medical is gonna expire on 3rd December 2015...

For purpose of spousal sponsorship the word "family members" means your spouse, and children. So if you are only sponsoring your spouse the official document confirming your relationship will be Nikkah Nama and marriage certificate. Let me know if this answered your question.

Thanks all for your nice reply to my post concerning incorrect height.
I did some checking and found out the heights mentioned on COPR is the same as I have filled on those forms while applying for family sponsorship, so its basically my own mistake. They are bit off from the actual ones as we reported on that Appendix while sending passports. But looking at the responses, I think I am going to ignore it. Hope there will be no problem.
