I gave my passport on oct/28 to vac but still no news yet. Anybody have idea how long do they take to give passport with visa.

45 days is the maximum.

You should gather as much as possible with regards to your marriage. If your marriage was not arranged then it was a love marriage you will have to provide proof of how you met and communicated before wedding, including proposal etc. Basically application for has all these questions and you may have provided details already all you need is documentary evidence for that.

Everything was Provided 1 and half year of our SK , FB , Email , SK , Phone Record etc .. all was provided with package , but One strange thing is when we ordered note we saw that our SK , Fb , Phone Records, Email , etc.. were shredded in CPC Mississauga ..May be Visa officer have never seen these thing bcz it was shredded in Mississauga . My Question I why they shredded them ?? it is normal thing ?? Is their any body who experience this thing ??

I find something new every time you post about your notes. How do you know they were shredded?

Were you the person who sent over 1000 pages of material? If that was the case, I don't really wonder why they didn't want to send everything over to London. That's too much for any visa officer to look through.

He did send over 1200 pages of communication.

For whatsapp I just sent 3-4 pages per month ever since me and my spouse has been in communication.

Need urgent assistance of senior members...

I received correspondence today as follows...

Our marriage is not genuine according to them...even though I have submitted my original nikkah nama already but they said I haven't submitted original...

My son's birth certificate doesn't have my name on it so it's a quite logical objection...I agree...

I have submitted alot of pictures of almost all the get togethers me and my wife has attended
..

What should I do know...my wife is here in pakistan so it's impossible I believe that someone else can be able to rectify that birth certificate issue?

My original nikkah nama is already with them
From whr I can manage another original to submit them again...

Please advise....

Have you sent Certified translation of your Nikkah nama?
Did you also submit Marriage Certificate issued from NADRA?
You or your wife can go to NADRA and ask for a family information certificate. That will serve you as a birth certificate of a child.

Also, have they made a DECISION or they asked you to submit more docs. What is their Statement?

Just reply to the discrepancies with the proof.
