Hi, my wife is awaiting for her interview date in Pakistan which is yet to be received. Anybody who has already gone for the interview, Can you please advise if the interview is for the sponsor and applicant or just the applicant. Thanks.

From reading different posts on the forum, my view: It is just the sponsored person (the principal applicant). But I would request the members who have been through the process to confirm.

Iam facing some problem in sending scan documents(photos and other documents) from my gmail id to (LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca).can you guys please tell how you guys usually send LVO Emails??

What problems are you having zavi664?

You can send an email to the address you posted or you can submit a case specific enquiry here.

They both go to the same email address (as the auto responses are the same) but the webpage could allow for larger documents to be uploaded, if that is your problem.

These all are blank , what does this means ?? And eligibilty of Applicant say Interview required and Interview based on : PA and sponsor are not related and Marriage is not arrange by family members , does this means they will be asking questions about these two things ?? should i need to gather ongoing communication documents ??

You should gather as much as possible with regards to your marriage. If your marriage was not arranged then it was a love marriage you will have to provide proof of how you met and communicated before wedding, including proposal etc. Basically application for has all these questions and you may have provided details already all you need is documentary evidence for that.

If your files are too big then it will not go, I think they have a limit on file size. cut your file to small files. Also maybe your browser is out dated and not comparable with LVO. download new version.

Need some clarification regarding the Spousal Immigration Fees. We paid $1040 CAD when we submitted our application. Do we need to pay any other fee? (e.g. $490 CAD Right of Permanent Residence Fee).

You are good. If you already paid 1040 that means RPRF fee (490) is included in it so there's nothing else you have to pay now.

I am sure it is paid already total 1040 are for onw person 550+490 = 1040

or otherwise wait till VO ask you to pay.

Hi GISGeek superb news, please update when you receive PPR, whether they ask about to intent to live in Canada, because u told me u & urs partner lives together in Pakistan.

Thanks Sarim, except for re-med request no other documents were requested. I and my wife (PA) wrote our detailed "Intent to Live in Canada Plans" separately supported by copies of correspondence with friends, schools, community centres, NGOs, realtors, Job Hunters etc. and submitted along with the application when we applied back in Aug last year.
